Operative was friendly, observed social distancing and explained what her was doing. Showed evidence of what he had cleared out of the gutters/downpipe in order to remove blockage. Explained that pigeons nesting under solar panels were causing this problem. Also that we needed to have the pigeons removed to prevent further blockages.
