Incredible customer service and genuinely good products. Bought the Marylebone Champagne Oak parquet and it looks fantastic and great quality. I also had a bit of an issue with running out of a few last pieces and they went above and beyond to help. I am genuinely grateful for the help they provided. Thank you

DWF delivered flooring which was not the same colour I ordered, twice. What you see on their sample in the shop is not what you get. I even took half a pack to the shop to compare it and it was much darker than the 'Golden Oak' ordered. Very dissatisfied and out of pocket too after waiting many hours for the delivery, my paid helper had to leave. Don't be fooled by the pleasant customer service, or the samples. Very bad experience.
