Spent hours in the shop with my wife picking the right tiles, changed our mind a few times but the staff were very patient and helpful. Branch Manager Jay is very knowledgeable and design minded, helped us get the exact look we were going for, for our whole house. Would definitely recommend Al Murad Watford.

Excellent service by the Team. Massive thanks to an employee called Abbas. He really helped us out very knowledgeable and had great design ideas. Delivered the tiles to us within a few days. One tile came broken went back to the store and they happily replaced it for me. Thanks to the team!

Finally, got the main rooms of our house done! Big thanks to Jay and the whole team at Al Murad Watford. We were satisfied with the customer service at this store. Aswell as the type of tiles we wanted, helped us step by step get the right things for our house from the vinyl flooring, kitchen worktop, units, to the toilet, mirror, shower tray and shower screen. Still got a few bedrooms left to do will definitely return once we've decided to either do tiles or vinyl flooring for them. Nik and Sangeeta.

No remorse for poor service
Paid upfront for the tiles order to be collected. Was promised 5 working days for delivery. Called us up to inform order being ready for collection. Drove 30 miles to pick up the tiles and all they said was 'sorry, no here. Come back next week or take a refund.' No apologies for wrongly calling us for collection or wasting out time and fuel.

I bought my tiles last week from the Watford Store. All the staff were lovely and helped me in every way possible. The customer service was marvelous! I felt very welcome and good to shop there. If you are looking for tiles for your home, I recommend you go to Al Murad Watford, the best tile shop around Watford with reasonable prices and excellent customer service! The manager and all the staff have done a good job, If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I had an amazing experience shopping at Al Murad Watford. The prices compared to other tile shops nearby are unbelievable! all my money I spent on tiles and bathroom products was totally worth it. The showroom was very clean and the whole staff there are friendly and they know what there talking about. The range of tiles they got are incredible and I will definitely be returning in the future :)

Excellent service and even better price! The quality of the tile is exceptional! We went for the peronda grey 60cm x 30cm with a satin finish on the walls and cement grey matt 60cm x 60cm on the floor. Looks stunning! Jay the store manage at Watford and his staff are knowledgeable experts and look after you from the moment you enter the shop. EXCELLENT!

Visited this store on Saturday with my daughter, looking for bathroom tiles.
Andrew, one of the two members of staff on duty, was absolutely fantastic. He was so very patient and extremely helpful. We actually purchased some floor tiles after long deliberation and was given a sample of a wall tile by Andrew, which I shall be ordering locally. Much appreciated and excellent customer service. Thank you.

I had the worst possible experience at Al-Murad Watford.
a) Tiles and bathroom fittings delivered days late - resulting in me paying my builders for sitting idle. I would have been ok if that was it. However:
b) I ordered a 160cm bathtub, they sent 170cm. The Builder promptly drilled it and took it into the bathroom. It never fitted. Obviously there was no refund, and i had to throw the bathtub in the skip. Additionally:
c) I ordered a bathtub with tap on discount. However, when the builder worked on the bathroom, he realized that there was a sewage pipe which didnt allow the bath tub to fit. Surprise surprise, there was no refund. I have never had such bad customer experience.
The guys are the sweetest talkers before you pay them. Once paid, their attitude changes and jungle law prevails.
I would never buy anything from them ever again, and would recommend that every buyer keep away from this shop!

I was extremely happy when I saw the Al Murad board go up in Watford. Only because I'd heard such excellent reviews about their tiles. I had a large kitchen and bathroom extension I needed tiles for and particularly wanted white quartz.
I got EXCELLENT customer service from the store manager Jay and he was brilliant at helping me work out how many tiles, adhesive etc to get and he gave me an amazing deal on the tiles. The two other young chaps are also very polite and helpful.
They have a huge variety of excellent tiles at great prices.. I would highly recommend you visiting.

I have bought my bathroom, hallway, kitchen, and dining room tiles from here, and I recommend the excellent service and quality of the tiles. My advice is to listen to the experts they have in-store, as I made a mistake in one choice of tiles, which I now regret! Jay has excellent advice to offer. The prices are also miles better than Topps Tiles.

Worked there for 3 days to be let go because of my criminal record. Witch I thought was a good resion. 3 weeks later I'm chasing up whether I will be paid for those 3 days. Only to be called a lier. That I lied about my criminal record in the interview. When in fact Jay (the Watford store manager) didn't ask me about my criminal record. And when I put it down on the paperwork. He suddenly diced to ask me about it. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.... They rip you off. They say they will give you discount when in fact they don't.....DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

We bought some bathroom tiles and underfloor heating from the AL-MURAD WATFORD branch a few weeks back and Jay who served us was brilliant and knowledgable about the products we bought and gave us many tips. We went to many tiles shops including other Al-MURAD stores and only bought from the WATFORD one because Jay and Matt was so helpful and honest. Even when Jay was serving us, there was another customer which was waiting and Jay was polite to her and said he will serve her as soon as he had finishing helping us. We will certainly be buying from Jay and Matt at the WATFORD branch again
