We’ve been using KB for a few years now with an over all hit and miss service.
Until we went to Braintree. WOW.
Nothing is too much, Amanda and Connie are very friendly, they’re very knowledgeable and on the off chance they don’t know the answer there and then, they make enquiries with suppliers and get back to you within an acceptable amount of time.
They keep you posted when items you’ve been waiting for have arrived and clearly do everything they can to help their clients.
I now go out of my way to go to Braintree. There’s not many places you get this level of knowledge and reliability.
They’re a true credit to KB!

Always the best service in here, has been our paint shop for the past 15 years wouldn't go anywhere else! They didn't have our F&B paint in stock no problem they said and they kindly had it delivered the next week, was very surprised as this was delivered in the blizzard weather that we had. Connie is always extremely helpful.

Five Stars for everything at KB Braintree , Everything organised , great stock of sundries etc . Paint is always ready if ordered previous day. Fantastic Manager and Staff always willing to help out, always greeted by a friendly smile. Most definetly recomend.

I recently purchased some masonry paint from this shop but then found out we had a mix of lime and cement render . The two ladies went above and beyond to find us the right solution. They are very knowledable and saved me from what could have been a very stressful situation.fantastic customer service

Great place to get any kind of paint. With a big range of designer paints was overwhelmed with choice. Staff are very helpful and spent plenty of time assisting me. Won't go anywhere else now for decorating.

I had mould on my ceiling in my new flat so I popped into KB Braintree for information about how best to deal with it. I found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, I purchased some mould & mildew treatment and some Zinsser perma-white - Very happy with the results! my ceiling looks like it was painted by a professional!
