Eurocell Camberley

Ordered by click and collect, the site was slow almost to the point of frustrating, I received a order/invoice email but was expecting a ready for collection confirmation text or email, which i never received, so I left it a couple of days and called in anyway, as I approached the building I was abruptly told by the member of staff to use the other door and he will see me there, I was going to that door anyway, despite me being the only customer I waited about 4 minutes and the same guy said " How can I help?" I started to show him through the clear screen my invoice email to which he reacted with "Give me your surname" he gave me a paper copy of the invoice, told me to go to the main warehouse door, where he presented me with my order and a "there you go" Eurocell you need to send your staff to charm school pronto. Manners cost nothing. Yes I will be returning someday when I need a bit of cladding... Hopefully the experience will be better

Ordered through BP plastics, who ordered through eurocell Camberley was told delivery would be on the Thursday nothing came when I called I was told would be delivered 2nd drop Friday morning, guess what nothing, now told won’t be until Monday, no communication lies from the beginning will never use

Tried to charge me £18 for hollow clading were you can pick it up from around £9 , Real RIP off if you don't have account, save time don't bother using them ..
