As a parts supplier for RockAuto they lack quality control. I was sent brake calipers with brackets that weren't for the listed vehicle. Since the calipers fit and I needed to have brakes on my car, I installed just the calipers and then made RockAuto aware that the brackets were too small. I was trying to help rectify a listing problem but ended up just wasting my time on writing 5 emails and sending photos proving that the part was incorrect. After 2 RockAuto service tickets, both of which were closed without resolution, the same wrong parts are still being sent to other customers.

United Auto simply has the best prices and selection. Ditch dealer parts departments, autozone, advance auto you name it. United Auto has dealer pricing for regular Joe's. They are always incredibly helpful with their knowledge and expertise. Give them a call they will go above and beyond to make your DIY car project easy peasy!

This was my first ever time doing business with these guys. I needed a cv shaft for a 2001 Mazda Protegé with a 2.0, sport suspension, manual trans, driver side..... simple right? I had bought 3 from auto zone, one from Napa, one from pep boys, NONE OF THEM FIT MY CAR. The other parts stores pulled ones from different years different engines and trim levels no luck anywhere. Dealer no Longer makes or stocks the part. I walked into United the guy at the counter was very helpful even giving sympathy to my current aggravation. I gave him the above specs of the car a few moments later he emerged with the CORRECT part! This gets better, it was $20 cheaper then most of the other incorrect ones I had purchased from everywhere else! They are officially my first call from now on. Thanks for the excellent customer service and comprehensive on site stock.

Worse job I've ever worked at! Screaming for you to have good productivity scores yet they allow stockers to throw the material everywhere . Nothing is ever in the right spot, Boxes all over the floor. Extremely unprofessional.

I own a repair shop i used to order a ton of parts from them when they had descent management, lately they seem to favor the bigger fish than us small shops, management will totaly ignore you when it comes to giving you labor credit and parts but they will take your money and send you on your way, totaly unprofessional and they dont give a flying @#* .

Terrible experience. I walked in and there was four people working and not one person acknowledged that I was standing in their store and needed help so after 3 minutes of standing there I just walked out!! Seriously!! Very sad!! Extremely RUDE!!!
