Brought many items over the years and always wonderful quality

I thought they were ok until they tried to scam my husband out of his money. He was charged - including postage,for the item he cancelled and that was never even sent out!!!! Still trying to get his money back - over 2 weeks now. The lies they tell, the stories they make... they even gave him something that was supposed to be a tracking number.. tracking what I ask? a deer in the forest? When he called back they branded him aggressive....well he was well annoyed and it all could have been avoided if you gave him his money back. I would recommend staying away. They portrait themselves as so generous and helping the society... yup- out of our money.

I would not recommend this company. There have been two occasions when I have purchased items from their channel, and to be frank they either done arrive, or when they supposedly do they go missing. When you query it, your query is not welcomed but rather fobbed off and the Jewellery Channel are less then bothered about taking ownership of their customer issues. Even when you provide them with the relevant proofs, they don’t consider their pledges to customer service important. I would say your better of trying alternatives as you will be disappointed with the experience and the financial loss!

Good place for work

I have been buying from TJC for many years now, i am very happy with them, they sell quality pieces at far less than high street prices. The presenters on the tv channel are very knowledgeable about the products and are all very entertaining. They have now branched out into homewares, beauty, handbags, silk and cashmere scarfs. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because their customer service in the event of a dispute ìs not in the customers favour. Also as regards the buyers and the managing director Amit joining the presenters on tv, this is very annoying . Most of them are unprofessional, not very knowledgeable about the products, most have very bad or broken English and communicate badly with the audience watching at home. Amit just shouts, so please TJC leave the presenters to present and the buyers to do their own job.

Worst company ever. Cheap tat at high prices get better quality at poundland.

Dezamagitoare locatia.Pentru camioane este ok dar pentru tiruri mai dificil.Teoretic intri cu fata apoi faci o curba strinsa insa in practica daca faci virajulbiei toate tufisurile dupa rine,probabil daca ar fi spatiul liber fara custile cu gunoi ai putea manevra.Vatianta aleasa de mine a foat sa intru din strada principala marsarier,mai usor si fara complicatii.Nu exista rampa deci daca nu aveti lift la camion se incarca manual.Un alt lucru foarte important..Nu vedeti nicaieri Jeverly...insa vedeti TJC...aceea eate cladirea cautata
