I was lied to and was sold a broken radio for my car. Then I was told I had to pay for shipping it back to them. I had numerous phone calls with Todd over a month about purchasing a replacement radio for my SC430 at $350.00. I was a little apprehensive but he repeatedly promised me that it works and that there is a 90 day return policy. I asked how do you know for fact that it works? He said that he guarantees it works. After receiving it in the mail I made appt. with my mechanic, after 2 frustrating hours of working on the radio I called Todd. The mechanic told Todd it is broken and doesn't work, Todd then told me to ship it back to him and that he will get it fixed and mail it back to me. I said you lied to me that it works ...you never tested it out like you said....and now you want me to pay to ship this broken radio back to you! Unethical & Unbelievable. Todd snapped at me and said "forget, just send it back to me I don't want to deal with this" I am in hole with $23.00 for shipping, 2 hours of Mechanics time and called Visa to stop payment. No apologies whats so ever and told I have to PAY to send their defective merchandise back to them! He isI was lied to and was sold a broken radio for my car. Watch out for these guys...they sold us a radiator that leaks and now want a 20% restocking fee to return it. I mean really...who 'restocks' a leaking radiator. They might try to sell it to you next!!!

I am the type to salvage dealer I went there to get a part it was broken they won't give me any money off this is one of the most ridiculous yards in Wisconsin don't ever go there and this is coming from a salvage dealer

Poor service, and greedy. Had no luck with getting an email reply. No luck with leaving a message. Waited 4 days before I finally got the reply that they didn't have the parts.
