Was on phone for over an hour today .I received a text saying TNT were unable to deliver my passport for the second time .It was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday 23 September and after phoning TNT it was agreed it would be delivered on 25 September and that TNT would phone me on my mobile when they were at the entrance door .No mobile phone call was made .
Can you please tell me when my passport will.be delivered.
I am 97 and this is causing me a lot of stress .

Worst company ever. Please don't send with them. I was waiting 2 weeks for a package to arrive. First they send to different country.
