They’ve tried to scam my mum, we first contacted them to fix the Sattelite dish which they have, a bit expensive but they said within two years they will fix it again if anything happens so we’ve paid more than £300 for the job thinking we will have peace of mind especially that my mum lives alone and a pensioner. A month later all the channels go and we call them they come and quote us for £400 to replace some part that costs £5 and the other part that costs £60, and when we refuse to pay they leave it broken ad cut. Absolute scammers. STAY Away! I’m reporting them!

Bloke who came out seemed nice enough. I was very naive and luckily educated myself between him coming out (£50 down the drain) and luckily avoiding spending £350~ on an aerial, booster and labour. Not only was I able to get the hardware for a fraction of the price from screwfix, it turned out the satellite dish we had was already capable of giving us freesat (which he quoted us £200 for). Very shady. Clearly actively chose not to simply say ‘just plug that there into your TV freesat done.’

I'm self employed.
I took my first day off since March, to have a new aerial fitted. Guaranteed first appointment of the day 8-9am and then hopefully some time to enjoy my, rare, day off.
I was rung at 8.30am and was told he was running a bit late.
4 phone calls later, and being told he was on his way every time, it was 1.30pm and this time he would definitely be with me within the hour.
Within this hour, the engineer finally rang to say he had the wrong ladders on him for my house, but there was still a possibility that he could be with me by the end of the day.
Normal house, normal roof! Special ladders? For the "TV Aerial Company"?
Told him to forget it.
Beyond livid.

I would give this company zero stars if it were possible.
Do not use this incompetent rip off company!
I was charged £240 pounds to replace a satellite dish that didn’t properly work. When I complained I was ignored again and again.
I had to get another company to visit and was told the dish was at the wrong angle and the weather shield cap had not been attached.
Utterly incompetent!

Telephoned and was offered same day service. Waited to get a call at 5pm to say over running. Said they would be out next day between 11.00am and 4.00 pm. Called to say again over run and would not be out. Finally arrived on the 3rd day. Engineer was fine but on top of call out charged me £30.00 + vat for a 4 way splitter that i could have bought for £5.00. Seems very excessive pricing for the part needed and need to be better at keeping time promises. No issues with the engineer.

I am leaving a review here, One of the guys from this company came to my home and was invited in to give a consultation. I asked if the aerial I had already could have the signal split and a aerial cable be run to the front of the house . I was told flatly that my signal was not strong enough after being tested with a meter, and a new aerial would need to be fitted for just under £300 .
Needless to say there is another review on here, where I got the job done with another organisation for a 3rd of that quoted, extortionate price .

Regret calling this company out. Charged £160 for a £39 aerial and 10 minute of effort to install it then he left as fast as he could and left a mess everywhere. No PPE or even bringing a ladder I had to supply one. And I still have signal issues so fitting a booster myself I'd rather not call these monkeys out again ever. Seriously find a local person who's reputable. Trust me.

Avoid at all costs. Tried to charge us £300 and lied to us that reception near us is terrible, even though we live next to a transmitter. Really pushy on the phone as well. Got someone else to do it for £90 and our reception is great.

Well what a day, had a TV fitter to come in to fit a tv bracket, a five metre hdmi cable and an Satellite cable extension. Having checked the price of these items on the internet I found that the total for parts was 49.77, I asked him whilst here and when booking the work to put me holes within the chimney breast to divert the cables and hide them. Irene came home from work to find cables all over the wall and not what she expected.
The price quoted for the work was originally £139, but before he left I had paid £304 pounds to pay for the bracket which he fitted which he said was larger than originally ordered even though this item is for sale for the same make at 34.99 and the 2 extension cables.
Beware, the firm is called
The TV Aerial Company and I would not use them again or in fact recommend them to anyone else.

Excellent same day service. Engineer by the name of Otman Abouri was friendly, polite & knowledgable. Otman ran diagnostics checks for a faulty satellite dish, he carried out the required repair and doubled checked everything was working before he left. Thank you Otman.

£75 call out charge with no work done was quite extortionate. Other companies has told me that I would ha w to bring the TV to them, so I was presently surprised when this company said they could come out. Turns out they could not fix it and back to original advice £70 odd pounds poorer. Customers services were also very rude.

Had been consistently experiencing some problem with our TV reception and decided to call TV Aerial Company to fix it. Excellent customer service from start to finish. They were able to respond to our calls quickly and arrived the same day. It was very fast and convenient! I am very impressed with the service they provided to be honest and the technician they sent was very knowledgeable, well-experienced, professional and they did an excellent job. Also, they were able to clean up the mess before leaving our house. Great experience! Highly recommend these guys!

I will leave Zero star. They are scammers. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. They will scam you out of your money. They are liars. They promised to resolve the issue with my TV with a charge of £45 but i was charged £223 for a 10mins job. This happened on 9th July 2020. Please avoid this scammers

Very professional and knowledgeable TV engineer. Called them to fix our TV Aerial because it has been a problem for us for a couple of days. We keep seeing 'No Signal Being Received' on our digital television system and finally we could watch any show conveniently after this company was able to repair it. Have QVIS CCTV from this company. The app on my phone has been wiped. Called the company to ask for the information required to set this back up and they wanted to charge £85 call out plus £45 for the first 30 mins. I explained that a call out was unnecessary and they refused to give me the information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU NEED HELP TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN YOUR ON YOUR OWN!!!

Paid £189 for a replacement of the mast and power supply. Aerial stopped working after 3 months. Had another engineer go out to site - if i don't go with quote i need to pay £50 plus VAT. The quote was very expensive at £200 plus VAT just to replace a like for like aerial. Forced to pay for diagnostic fee and look elsewhere for replacing the aerial. Be wary of the diagnostic fee and quotes.
Reduced rating to 1 star having heard the engineer tried to charge £80 rather than the agreed £50 and wouldn't leave without taking credit card details from my letting agent. Avoid.
