I was told I was on a waiting list for a new watch when I made first contact over the phone in April. I did not wish to leave a deposit and was told this was not a problem and would be 4th in line and added to the list. After contacting again recently I was told that they had prioritised other customers who had left deposits and was now 6th on the list and I would be informed when they have cleared everyone from the deposit list which seems to be growing, I am not sure what time frame this would be. I was not informed of this at any point. I took the time to build a relationship with this dealer as a watch collector however it seems to have all been for nothing. In future my advice would be to be honest and provide a potential customer all the information as I have now wasted 4 months waiting for nothing. Genuinely disappointed and I will not be recommending and will take my business elsewhere which is a shame as I like to support the high street independent stores.

Sells only Rolex and Tudor, but has a large selection of both. Staff are very enthusiastic about the brands they sell.

Took my Rolex to be serviced. I found the service both snooty and unhelpful.
