After sending my Hugo Boss watch off to these they say it's obsolete? It's a new watch. And would not replace the strap even though I was expecting to pay over £200 for the strap. I then found after searching the strap is still available and not obsolete as they stated. I have now sent off to Hugo Boss it's cost me £80 less and expected to be returned within fourteen days. This company couldn't be bothered.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, website is awful, when I phoned for help they just read the same things off a letter then had already sent me- no help at all. They refused return of my expensive watch, insuring me they hadn’t lost it but what other reason would there be not to return my watch after months- bearing in mind they had assured me it had already been repaired. Contact lines are dead and appear to be going bankrupt. Avoid at all costs! sent a watch to be delivered months ago and now having to contact a solicitor. DO NOT USE.

This is my 2nd repair with this company who have gone abpve and beyond with excellent customer service. I have been communicated with all the way through the process with calls and emails, options explained to me and the turn around both times has been less than 14 days! Its a service I will recommend to anyone. Its also so nice to see a company not using covid as an excuse for bad service.

DO NOT USE SWICO. Sent my wife’s RW watch for a repair to the bracelet last summer, this broke again in January in the same place. Returned the watch for repair which I, wrongfully, assumed would be against a guarantee/warranty!. SWICO tried to charge again for the work stating that as this was considered a part they do not provide any guarantee. When challenged they claimed they would not get reimbursed by RW, conveniently missing the point that the work was carried out by them, which had nothing to do with RW! They are looking to rip you off at the slightest chance and their attitude is very condescending when you speak to them. After some pushing I managed to speak to a Manager who suggested I contact RW directly. It transpires RW have recently opened their own service centre in Manchester, who repaired the watch within 48 hours and offered a very courteous and efficient service. No guesses where I will be going in the future!

Extremely disappointed. My Raymond Weil watch was in for a strap replacement - when it came back the strap was clearly incorrectly attached - obviously badly fitted. Secondly for £202 I would have expected the watch casing to have been at least dusted/wiped clean. It clearly wasn't. Not impressed & extremely disappointed. I'm now keen to see how they address my complaint.

My experience with Swico has been absolutely first class all the way. My new Raymond Weil watch had a problem with the setting mechanism. Swico tech figured out the problem in around five seconds, and arranged to fix the problem. No hassle, just really nice customer oriented people and experienced tech staff. The reason Swico take a good few weeks to fix watches is that they do things properly and to the highest industry standards (which is why I suspect brands like RW trust them). Watches are internally cleaned and regulated, which I believe involves putting the watch on test for an extended period. I'd rather be without my watch for a few weeks and get it back running optimally than receive it back in haste and running poorly.

My 88 Rue Du Rhone was sent to SWICO as the push button /pendant fell off. The watch was still under warranty but SWIZZCO deemed it as accidental damage, they advised it would not be covered under the warranty and that the watch would require a case replacement at the cost of £285 and not just a new button. I declined this offer. A few months later I found the button that fell off pushed it back in place and the button worked fine. Just had a new battery fitted at my local jewellers GEO A PAYNE & SON LTD repaired in one day for the price of £10. At SWIZZCO the cost would be £85 and take 10 days stay clear of these rip offs.

plz beware they are trying to rip off Money from customers by not doing repair under warranty. My husbands Tommy Hilfiger Watch within a month of buying from Shade station started collecting dust on glass so it was forwarded to Swico for repair under warranty. Swico has come back saying they will not repair the watch under warranty because the glass in not original and has been replaced, which is lot of lie . The watch is only been worn twice and had no damage or work done to it, it was still nearly new. Swico want to charge us for the repair, so we have asked to return the watch and will be taking it up with Tommy Hilfiger customer service. Still waiting for the watch to be returned.

Waited absolutely weeks and it came back still not working. Watch was sent off brand new never worn and the notes claimed there were scratches on it. No communication at all by phone or email just a returned watch still faulty.

If I could give less than one star I would. They have had my watch 3 times (and it is going back for a fourth tomorrow). Different reason each time but they take months to do anything and when it gets sent back either it's still faulty or something else is broken. They "don't give refunds" and charged me nearly half the cost of the watch (over £500 repair) to do the initial repair. Absolute scam artists. They keep telling me RW don't do refunds forgetting that I am not dealing with RW, I'm dealing with them. It's like saying sorry I ran you over but Ford don't do refunds. Frankly I'm amazed any decent watch manufacturer will work with them as their "authorised dealer" as it makes me 100% sure I'm never going to buy another RW watch. They don't come back to you when they say they will, the website is horrific and the information sheet on your watch is completely incomprehensible but when you speak to them they make you feel stupid that you aren't fluent on their website system. I wish I'd got that weird guy on my local market to fix it for £20. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I bought a TW Steel Watch online and broke after 3 months. I thought I was buying it from TWSteel since I was directed from their website. I tried contacting them but no joy. When I checked the authenticity of the watch using AuthenticateIT app, IT failed. Possibly replica or fake watch I was sold. It is a shame that company like TW Steel allows this kind things to happen.

I sent my husband's Raymond Weil watch in for repair and the service I received was excellent. The price quoted for the repair was not extortionate and, although they were busy at the time, we received it back within a very reasonable period.

Rip off scammers. My TW STEEL watch had it's crown fall off. I had first taken it to Phoenix in Liverpool to ask if they do warranty repairs. They told me they don't have a contract with TW STEEL. But told me it looked like the stem hadn't suffered damage so it likely hadn't been screwed on tight enough. They also noticed the Tachymeter was out of sync. The stop watch hands were a few degrees to the right at reset position. Which I am certain was not the case before the crown was lost. They advised me to go to TW STEEL directly as it looked to be a manufacturer fault. So I do a bit of searching on the internet and find SWICO is the only company TW STEEL use for warranty repairs in the UK. They send you out a box with return postage. I had forgotten to mention the Tachymeter being off centre on the email when filling out the warranty application. So I put a hand written note in the box with the watch giving details. I sent my watch 9th Jan 18. I didn't receive an email back until 22nd Jan 18. Telling me that my repair was not covered under warrenty because the watch had dents and scratches on the front and back of it. I was not aware the watch was in such "bad condition" as I only wear it on weekends and generally look after my nice stuff. They had quoted my £56.00 for a replacement crown and stem. At this stage I wasn't very happy and didn't agree the watch was badly treated as they made out. But as I'd already waited more than 10 days for a reply I just wanted back and fixed so I decided to just swallow the £56.00 and get it done. I hear nothing at all until 13th Feb when I receive an email telling the watch had been dispatched for delivery. Around 2 days later the watch arrives. The crown had been replaced with genuine TW parts. But they completely ignored my note regarding the Tachymeter which was still not centered on reset. I feel they look for any reason at all to refuse being covered under warranty I.E (absolutely tiny marks which you would NOT notice unless you was looking under a magnifying glass to justify a void warranty) To say the least I would not recommend this company. But the problem is there is no alternative in the UK for TW STEEL warranty repairs. I have attached 4 photos which I'm waiting for Google to approve. To show an example of what they consider to be a watch covered in scratches and dents.
