Needed a new battery fitted in a sentimental watch, so didn't want to take it just anywhere. They were extremely helpful and replaced the battery while I went for a quick coffee, very reasonable priced & friendly service. Will definitely try them first for any jewelry repairs or requirements.

As I am tired of excessive charges for a simple battery replacement in other Amersham jewellery shops, I got my own correct ones and asked these very nice people to help. They responding immediately with a smile and a professional manner and my watch was working again in under 3 minutes! Always keen to look after us and naturally hope we return for larger purchases, they do value customer worth. The main differentiator in retail is customer service , not cost. This well managed business clearly knows how to build a loyal customer base and keep us. The Jewellery Workshop in Amersham is the place you have to go for jewellery repairs and watch repairs if you live in Bucks. The staff there have been so friendly and helpful and they know what they’re doing from little fiddly things to major repairs. I’ve now used them three times and won’t hesitate to go back. They’re also less expensive than the local competition.
