I had a great customer service experience here. The clerk was extremely polite and professional and I was impressed with the clean and simple interior which was reassuring. My phone was completely smashed, touch screen unresponsive and needed the battery changing. They fixed all of this for a really fair price and under 2 hours! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family as the 12th month warantee assures me on the quality of service. Thank you so much!

Smashed my Samsung s20 screen today called up couple places no one had a screen in stock and was quoting me too much to repair and they where saying it will take couple days to be repaired thankfully tec surgery had a screen in stock and repaired my phone within an hour and price was reasonable thanks alot guys will recommend to anyone lovely job they done

I think this shop has magic. I took my Samsung tablet to many phone repair shops and unfortunately they could not fix it. One of the finest repair shop in the neighbourhood. I had motherboard problem with my samaung phone. I took it to few places and they refused to fix it with the reason thatbitbis not fixable. I took it to this shop and they fixed it within few hours. Very pleased with their service and the job they have did. I would highly rexommend this place for any sort of repair.

This shop is life saver. I visited this shop regarding my samsung S9 speaker. The guy told me come within half an hour and your phone will be fixed. He has done some magic and the phone was as good as new. He charged me very reasonable price. I am 100% happy and satisfied with the service.

One of the greatest experience i had with this phone shop. Took my samsung phone for speaker repair. The lad fiixed it within 40 minutes for £29. The service was great, price was very resonable and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend it.

5 star service, quoted a reasonable price to replace/repair my cracked note 9 screen and also quoted a very fair labour charge if i supplied the replacement screen. Very quick and faultless repair, would definitely recommend and ill be taking my son's phone o be fixed here also!

I through all the phone shop are closed during this lockdown. When i called this shop lukily the were functional. The fixed my samsung phone within couple of hours with a reasonable price and superb service. After the lockdown this will be my permanent shop for any gadget repair. Highly recommend it.
