The iSmash team in Chiswick did an excellent job repairing my iPad and special thanks to Polash Uddin. Its a very nice location, but if your driving there, there is no parking but you can park outside and use the parking meter for 30 mins.

Great service. Booked online and screen replacement was available at no notice. Nice location to sit and have a coffee whilst I waited. Can't fault the service. Slightly pricey but I think that's because it was a new phone model. Guaranteed for life apparently.

I paid for my phone to be mailed in and fixed for a water damage. They cleaned out the phone and told me I need a new screen which all happened quickly and satisfactorily. But that's when the problems started, I paid for my phone to be fixed and shipped back to me in November. It took them four days to send to Royal Mail and now it has been a week and I still do not have my phone. I can't get hold of anyone and nobody is answering my emails. I am in a desperate situation and need my phone as it is critical to my job and it is causing other problems in my personal life too. No customer service and no ability to discuss issues. I have waited over £5 of Skype credit trying to get hold of them and nothing. Let alone the £160+ to get my phone fixed. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, they literally don't care now that they have their money.

I accidentally dropped my iPad so needed to have the screen replaced. Within less than 24 hours it was fixed and at a fraction of what Apple charge and much quicker. Highly recommended.....

Absolutely appalled by the service i have received from ismash, no communication, broke my phone even more than when i took it in, charged me a £170 been into the shop 3 times and they have refused to fix it. even though the touch screen worked before it went in to have the screen done! staff are rude and clearly don't want to be there. was told i would be contacted by a manager that was back in November! this has been going on since September! I'm really not happy! i work hard and i don't expect to be treated this way and to feel robbed of my hard earned money.

I had my phone fixed about a year ago, but recently my screen kept popping out, so took phone back and they kindly repaired it (FOC) with the correct glue and fingers crossed, so far, it is all gravy! Would definitely recommend!

Couldn’t charge my iphone, and I’ve had a phone with a broken charging dock beforehand so booked it in for a repair which would have cost £50 (I figured better than getting a brand new phone) but iSmash were able to fix it within minutes with a professional clean and it was all free of charge! Brilliant service.

Went for a new iphone battery. First battery heated up. Replaced without a quibble for a battery that wouldn't charge. I went back again & was told it MIGHT be the logic board so I could replace that for a further £80. No thanks!! This 'expert' advice was delivered after a 10 second consult between colleagues! Phone is now completely dead. Asked for a refund, and was told manager would be in touch. No word at all!!! Poor. Could not recommend.

I left my phone for a diagnostic check which takes 24-48 hours. After 48hours, I didn't even get a call about my phone. Spent 2 days ringing the Chiswick store, no-one was picking up at all. Rang the Customer Service number, again no response. I've called 3 times on both numbers for 20mins of just constant ringing. Very unprofessional, at least have a message board or answering machine.

terrible correspondence, terrible customer service, not good! i brought my phone in for a liquid diagnostic on 19/12/19, was told the work would be completed in 24-48 hours and i would receive a phone call or email when complete. this did not happen. i then phoned the store on 23/12/19 and i asked when the work will be complete, i was told i am to expect an email or phone call within 24-48 hours, again! this did not happen. i then phoned on 30/12/19 and asked why it was taking so long to complete the work, i was told i would receive an email on that day when the work is complete. i received an email stating the work was complete 30 minutes after that phone call!! i just spoke to customer services about the ordeal and they had nothing to say and were not helpful at all. terrible correspondence, terrible customer service, not good!

Went down there for a fix as quoted on their website. Instantly pointed out something else wrong with my phone so they could charge me an extortionate price simply because they didn’t want to do it in the first place. Seemed to be doing as much as they could to get me out as quick as possible. Would sum this location up as lazy and incompetent. I’m sure they have done some fixes and helped some people out. But visiting them. They seemed to be doing all they could not to help me. Thanks for your help

Stay away. Horrendous head office and customer service. They are a bunch of outright liars. Never respond to emails, blatantly lie to you about sending out parts/replacement devices etc and when this doesnt happen you cannot get hold of them to query why. T*ny the head complaints guy is apparently above speaking to anyone, D*nielle and S*ma the customer service agents think the solution to a customers problem is to ignore it and Kelly the other complaints lady talks a good game but hasn't got the courtesy to get back to you as promised. A sham of a company with disjointed systems for dealing with issues and employees who quite clearly dont care. No doubt the review will get the usual manager response but dont be fooled, this is a joke company. Their lack of effort to come to a fair resolution has meant the matter proceeding to the small claims court.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Chiswick branch is the worst ever! No place to park (pay and display if you lucky to find the spot) difficult to find and... It supposed to be straight forward battery replacement, was asked to come back in 1 hr but after 25 minutes had phone call and was told they broke the screen and need to order new one from Manchester and it will be ready for Thursday. Waisted money on pay and display but there was nothing I could do (it was Tuesday). On Wednesday I got the same phone call with the same details, except the phone will be ready for Friday. Already upset but what can I do? Friday was waiting all day for them to get in touch and they called less than 2 hours before closing so little chance I will make it in time. Had to wait until Monday ( my son without the phone nearly a week!). Went today (again had to pay for parking) and they tried to charge me for both battery and the screen!!! Paid for the battery and left. Unfortunately at home I noticed the phone is not complete (missing 2 slots for SIM and memory card)!!!!! Went back in the afternoon ( had to pay again for parking) and I am told "sorry" we need to order new once!!!!!!!!!! They lost it...I have to wait until Wednesday (it should come to my home address so at least don't need to pay parking ). What kind of rubbish service is that??? I will never recommend this branch to anyone! The worst service ever! I am so so angry...AVOID CHISWICK branch.

Polite,fast,efficient service. Cafe in building helps a lot if/when waiting for a 30 minute repair. Have had screen repair and battery (2) for various phones Parking is available but limited (paid on road) on Power Road which helps. Would certainly use in future.

Absolute sham of a company, avoid at all cost. Went for a simple battery replacement as i was having to charge my phone at work to be able to use it on my commutes but the phone started to short circiute randomly, lose all power and not turn on again until plugged into a charger. This is very obviously related to the battery change Twice i took the phone back and all they did was replace the battery again. This did not work as clearly damage was done during the first procedure. I then took the device back another two times, both of which they assured me the device was fixed. The first time the device short circiuted infront of the engineer when i went to collect the device. Device is now unusable and all ismash were willing to do was refund the intial battery replacement leaving me to pay hundreds to replace the device. Circus of a company with a clear lack if technical experience, and this is their central workshop

Website sais open sundays, google sais closed. No one answering the phone! Found a much cheaper repair shop near brent, worth a drive as you safe £100! Top glass repair only £69! It is called: while you wait phone repairs, google it and save a lot of money.
