GENUINE APPLE STORE CHARGES £25 FOR A GENUINE BATTERY REPLACEMENT, INCLUDING PARTS AND LABOUR. THESE GUYS WANT £30! Dodgy place and poor customer service. The websites displayed on the shop front don't work. They ask for "cash only" after doing the job (they dont tell you in advance). They dont give a receipt. These people damaged my expensive iPhone, which had never been opened, when they prised the screen off to "repair" it. They used a metal tool to open the iPhone, damaging the body of the iPhone in many places, when separating the iPhone screen from the body. They do not take extreme care when doing work. They do not admit when they make mistakes, or perhaps because they lack attention to detail, they do not see the mistakes they are making. This guy in the photo talks a lot about GOD and has religious music playing in the background, but then LIES and says that I didn't use his shop. He seems to only believe in GOD when it suits him. They dont give the owners details or company details on request, in order to make a complaint....very dodgy. The proof of my visit to the shop and the shopkeeper's LIES, is in the photos....you can see they keep changing their LIES.....

Excellent customer service, very friendly staff as well as reasonable price was given. I would highly recommend this shop. Very efficient and they go above and beyond to help resolve the issues. The staff is helpful, honest and knowledgeable when it comes to phone repair and would honestly assist you to the best of their ability with any device's or technological issues you face.

The service was excellent, polite and courteous, as I was kept aware of what was happening with my repair at all times and price quoted before work was completed. Therefore there wasn’t a big shock on the final price when I picked up my iPad. The work was done within the specified time .

Absolutely stunning boys working the shop. I don’t even understand these negative reviews here. These lads have been here since June2020 and ever since they’ve been smashing everything to perfection.
Had my iPhone 11 Pro screen replaced after the misses broke it. Young lad and his father clearly know what they are doing there. Got a great price and phone fixed in no time. Also got a free tempered glass screen protector which is super nice of them.
Can not recommend this shop enough and will definitely come back again !!

I had broken my phone screen very badly so went to get it fixed at this shop; the outcome was brilliant and I am very satisfied with the result achieved. Very friendly and good customer service from Mr. Annieged and will definitely recommend this place to anyone. A lot of care given to his clients and a very neat and tidy worker.

This shop is not to be trusted.
I am a pensioner and I took my phone in for a screen change repair as there was a minor crack. It was a simple job as I was informed when I made an inquiring phone call.
When I took my phone in, I was given many warning caveats but assured it would be done in minutes.
When my phone was returned to me, the battery was on red. I had just charged it to 100% so in 20 minutes it was on 1%. When I got home - the phone wouldn’t accept any charger.
I took another 37 minute drive to the phone repair shop. The same young man said he would fix it but would need to charge for it. I told him it was his fault. I simply asked for a screen repair for a minor crack.
2 days later, without a replacement phone, without my internet banking I was informed that the phone was beyond repair and that I would have to pay for a new phone.
I was very angry. I went for a screen repair. My phone was now beyond repair. I was being asked for more money and to pay for a new iPhone that I had not broken and on top of that I AM A PENSIONER!!
I have reported this establishment and would recommend that you do not visit it. Poor customer service, lack of knowledge and above all, a scam.

The Repair Centre in Eastcote is my go to place for mobile phone repairs. I purchased a refurbished device recently, and the staff explained the options so clearly. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are continually helpful and understanding. They also sell cases, covers & cables for mobile phones and pads. Plus all the items you need to
keep your devices charged, protected and in good order. I recommend them to everyone.

Fast and quick Service. Went there yesterday. Got my iPhone 11 and my iPad screen fixed. iPhone had water damaged. He fixed both with a new screen and cleared the water damage on the iPhone. Job done the same day for same day collection. Top service.

Called ahead to have the screen of an iPhone 8 replaced. It’s a fairly simple job. However, the young lad in the store basically butchered the phone to the point that when I took the phone back, the phone wouldn’t change. We thougt perhaps he moved the battery. In fact, he had butchered the whole mother Board.
The store had had a management change.
The young owner had no clue on what he had to do with phones. He is not qualified.
He has ruined a brand new iPhone 8, didn’t back up the data, created delays by having to send an engineer to look at the phone and confirm
He destroyed it.
I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

These people are really professional and they put all efforts to ensure that they get your work done perfectly. I took my Samsung S20 Ultra with broken screen to this shop , they fixed it within an hour and with original screen. They were also kind enough to give me a free tempered glass screen protector for it too.
For any future repairs i'll be going to them.

Today my 2 devices (IPhone 7 & IPad 5th gen) were repaired perfectly by the store owner, Mr Annieged. If there would be an option of reviewing more than 5 stars, I would highly take the offer because he is exactly a perfect example of how a repairer should be. He demonstrated hard work, care and honesty. I contacted him yesterday and had my devices repaired in less than 24 hours which was great! He is very detailed and knowledgeable when it comes to repairing and showed that by explaining the problems alongside the replacement. The cost was good for the work he put in and the parts that he had to order. As my photo shows the before and after, the devices were completely good as new and ready to be used. I highly recommend this repair shop because it’s one of the best if not the best in the area. I appreciate the amount of effort and will certainly try it out again if other devices were to break! Thanks profoundly Mr Annieged!!!

I used this shop twice,Disappointed twice,Firstly its "ALMOST " never open in usual working hours during the day time,I was told by shops close by its because the staff/owner is always at prayer,It MAY be open late afternoon or evening time,and opens some sundays,most annoying ,because its all over the place with opening times !!. But worst of all, I purchased Ink cartridges they did not work,took them back and was told that it was a different company who refills them and they probably would not reimburse me or change them. I had a new mobile battery installed in my phone by them,after 3 months it stopped working,I decided to research on u tube and do it my self the second time around.I was disgusted when I opened up the phone,some of the screws where missing in side,also clips that hold one cable in its connection missing and the battery replacement was a cheap & nasty thing that didn't last . Make your own mind up, Am I wrong to only give one star,

It's sometimes difficult to find genuine tradesmen, who know their work in & out and are not extortionate in their pricing for their skill & time. This shop is a golden find !!! I used their services many years ago for an HTC One M8 mobile, when i used to live close by, and was thoroughly satisfied with their work. Recently I needed some work done on a Samsung Galaxy and even though I live quite a distance away, I didn't mind taking the drive and haven't been disappointed. Very friendly staff and honest pricing, can't ask for anymore !!!

Phone broke after 6 weeks and they refused a refund on a 260.00GBP screen replacement....
Started talking about 14days no return fee...
It was clearly a installation issue used a cheap china replacement said it was original.. complete lies and bull****...

Avoid at all cost!
Charged me £60.00 for my IPhone repair telling me it will be sorted, and no fee if they can not repair it, outsourced the work to another firm for £35.00.
First repair:- the complete screen stopped working after a few days
Second Repair:- Screen started playing up after taking it home
Third repair :- issue was still present.
At the end was told I need to replace the screen for additional £40.00 and they were unable to offer any guarantees that it will work but wanted the £40.00
Conclusion:-
Negatives:- Very bad Service, Outsource most of the repair, Not refunded my money. Blame other components for the phone not working after initial repair
Positive:- Very Cheap, parts they use are even cheaper!
Uses same excuses as previous negative feedback, just after money!!
