We had an almost immediate response to our email when we needed my husband’s charging port fixed. We encountered excellent flexibility as we needed to change the time slightly. I emailed iFix Woodley to ask about a replacement iPhone battery. Gurmeet replied the same day and booked me in for an appointment the following day. The battery was replaced in the time quoted for the price quoted. He also emailed us a copy of the receipt. A fantastic, effifient survice!

Managed to crack the back of my S8. No problem for Gurmeet, he put a new one on whilst I watched the cricket on his tablet. He even provided me with a seat. Lovely guy, I would happily recomend him to sort out you mobile problems and I believe he can do the business on your tablets and laptops.

Extremely negative experience dealing with IFIX of Woodley. After a battery change on my partners mobile phone they broke the camera and were unable to fix it. Their resolution to this was to compensate for the cost of the broken part which was £20 despite it being unrepairable. The phone was not only broken but covered in small scratches where the phone was disassembled. They have failed to make any kind of resolution to the problem. In my opinion I would advise anyone to not use them and look elsewhere for any repair work as they don't have the required competency or customer service to resolve problems.
