Cascade have been the go-to for our business for around 5 years. We've always had consistently great service and reliable deliveries. They can be slightly on the expensive side but their customer service (and amount of times they've caught an error on an order) makes it so worth it!

We recently set up a new company 'My Friend Foo' selling children's hand sanitiser. We were highly recommended to Cascade to do the printing and the artwork, and we were absoloutely delighted with the service we received. Cascade were fast and efficient and they were able to offer us help in every way. The printing quality was excellent and we will definately continue to use them as we grow our business. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable company to do their printing.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. With no option to do printing tests and resulting in poor quality printing and without any alternative solution. Actually, the only one they gave me, to pay 40 pounds for a few DinA4.
The staff said "this is how it is and there is nothing we can do"
(Just after this bad experience, I went with the same documents to another printer and they help me print it correctly, cheaper and nicely).
Unfriendly treatment. I would not recommend it for anything in the world. Money wasted!

I am so impressed with the service here. I trawled around London looking for someone to print 250 A5 leaflets and was on a budget. I went here there and everywhere including the Color Company, and nowhere was as helpful as these guys.
Great speedy service, high finish, lovely staff, and an amazing price. Couldn't recommend them enough!!!

iSoftBet has been dealing with Cascade for many years now, they print company brochures and promotional giveaways for us. Working in marketing, I get to deal with Scott (Sales Manager, Cascade) on a regular basis and I have no hesitation in saying that he is one of the most professional vendors I have come accross. The quality of work from Cascade is never questionable, they do quick turnarounds with a helpful attitude. I've always recieved good service and hope the same in future too!
