The layout is beautiful, the staff are helpful and chatty, and the prices are reasonable for good quality peices. They also had a sale section at the back that stocked bottoms, tops, shoes and accessories for at least 30% off full price.

Went here to get some boots for my wife for Christmas. The staff were helpful and when they didn't have the product I required in stock they ordered it in and gave me some extra discount. The products sell themselves though... great quality.

Great range of clothes. Sales assistant was a little full on. I was top to toe in Timberland so there was no need for the hard sale.

Very disappointing, had a Timberland voucher which had been issued at the Reading branch due to the sole falling off another pair of shoes. Apparently the voucher is valid at the issuing store only, l had been told that this was valid at any Timberland outlet.
A wasted trip and parking cost as this was the reason for going to Bracknell.

Disgusting rude unhelpful staff!!! Particularly Lenka the so called manager who abuses customers and refuses to give money back on faulty items, then refuses to deal with anything and hides in the back. Worst experience ever, avoid this shop. Lenka lies as well.
