Just go to the Shell across the street. I wouldn't use this BP again if I had run out of petrol and my car was stopped right outside.

Don't bother with car wash. There's no soap in it, thus no "foam" wash. When pointed out, the reply was that the 'policy' is to only do something about it when there are enough complaints.
