Our experience with Conran has been really positive as a buyer. We were in contact with other agencies and they were not honest with us or they didn’t know anything about the property that they were selling. We were first time buyers and our agent, Nikki Moody, made the process really easy for us and she has been absolutely fantastic! She answered all of our questions, she was really proactive and she helped us with all our concerns. We definitely recommend Conran as an agency to trust as they are honest and fair with both the seller and the buyer. They even gave us a gift box on the day we completed which was a lovely touch.

I am currently buying a house through Conran Estates. I've met Nathan and Nikki.
Given the extra covid-compliant measures for our viewing, we felt very safe. Nathan managed to conduct an informative and friendly viewing, and our safety didn't ever feel compromised.
Following the viewing, Nikki has been amazing. I know that the vendors are her clients and, therefore, main priority, but she has been very attentive and responsive with us - very efficient.
I would definitely recommend Conran Estates from my experience so far.

We went from offer to completion of having put our property on the market through Conran Lee within 3 months- at a time when everything was being delayed because of Covid. Rob and Nikki went above and beyond their responsibilities by continually following up with all involved parties and keeping us updated about the progress.
We would recommend them and in future if we need to buy or sell we will use their services again. The fee was good value. They were professional and very patient with us at all times.

If anyone is looking to sell their house anytime soon, I highly recommend Conran estates in Lee. Rob and Erika did a fantastic job, my house sold within 2 weeks at full asking and the aftercare was fantastic, they managed every step of the way until completion and were really proactive in liaising with the buyer and their solicitor. We had other local estate agents come to value our house who were also good but we went with Conrans as felt that being new to the area they would work hard for the sale and they went above and beyond! Moving is stressful enough without an agent who doesn't care, but these guys are the real deal.
I would not hesitate to use Conrans again. They put the service back into customer service. ????????????????????????

Dealt with Erika in the Eltham branch, she was nothing but helpful and professional. From the day i viewed my chosen property with her she carefully walked me through the whole process. She gave me great advice and even though the whole buying and selling process was a challenge she kept me calm, gave me advice on how to deal with things and just made the whole process a lot easier for me. I have an incredibly difficult property to sell due to various and major issues with the whole property, the staff here will tell you. Even though I didn’t buy through Conran, I was really impressed with their service, especially Samantha Phillips. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, both about the market in general and also each property she was selling. She knew the answers to all of my questions and really had done her research on each house prior to viewings. It might sound like this is something every estate agent should do but during my 6 month house search very few did! Samantha was truly an exceptional estate agent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Conran.

They are most rubbish estate you would come across. I had viewed a property with them and accepted the offer , submitted my documents to them and spoke to them 4 times. They still kept me in dark and at the end they accepted someone else offer.
Do not believe everything they tell you, they are bunch of liers and cheaters. They are geniune at all with their dealings. What a waste of time and space.
I will be telling all my friends and family my bad experience with these idiots.
