Usually had great service but seems to be new staff who don't understand the system. I asked for a Taro bubble tea but ended up with milk tea with taro bits in it, asked for normal sugar and its only 30%. Never had a problem ordering this drink before... they clearly don't know what a taro drink is? (should be purple)

Drinks options are great they taste great ! I don't see anything wrong. T4 may be my new favourite bubbletea place!
Small venue but good for walks in ordering and take outs. They have 4 red markings on the floor for social distancing, it may not be very clear since its not bold enough to be noticed..and no hand sanitisers as you enter. Bring your own if you are coming here to visit.

After going for more than a dozen times, I can safely say they have a wide variety of drinks available and they do their classic range of drinks very well. However, they keep running out of their specialty drinks quite frequently even several hours before closing time. Also, their drink making process seems a bit unrefined as it feels relatively slow to get a drink compared to other bubble tea shops.
I would recommend to the owners as well to put up signs displaying offers etc as I've been told after ordering that there have been offers available.

One of the best bubble tea chains in London. Small shop but the queues are not too long. Shop is very clean, staff are friendly. Good luck getting a caramel pearl milk tea as they only serve them specific days/times but if you can get your hands on one, it's definitely worth it.

Brilliant authentic bubble tea from T4! Tried the one in the shopping centre Citea and that was really bad. No taste, very diluted, using pearl pops which isn't authentic and bad service. No competition for T4!
I've purchased a few drinks from T4 and they are very efficient and clean store. The service was prompt and very helpful with their advice and choosing correct toppings which go well. Friendly staff and they are on Deliveroo too!!!
I purchased mango tea, also tried other teas like strawberry, Taro, wintermlon, Lychee, original pearl milk tea, panda, caramel. Caramel will be perfect during the winter and having it nice and hot!
The smoothie and milkshakes are also yummy especially during the recent heat wave!

Big selection of bubble teas. Need more continuity when drinks are made by different servers. Depending on who is making it you get different quantities of boba, obviously more is better.

Peach Honey Tea with Grass Jelly and Aloe today - large - however abit disappointed that there was so little jelly for a large. The jelly (bubble) is the key to why I come here but portion is a bit stingy £5.30 I would expect more than a clear cold tea.

This is really good bubbletea, it's flavoursome and quite tasty. I didn't even know they existed until I walked past but the moment I saw the menu I had to try. Given that there are only 2 other Bubbletea places in Croydon (box park and surrey street, there will be one in the centrale soon) this is a nice addition. They have a wide array of teas to choose from, so you can try different ones everytime which is great. I highly recommend T4
