The ducklings came oven ready, giblets were packed separately and instructions for cooking were enclosed. The birds were packed in plastic bags and boxed.
The cooked ducklings were absolutely delicious! We saved the copious fat for roasting potatoes and other root vegetables. Our guests were most impressed with the succulent meat.
