I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at Greggs in Chesham. My Mum went in to buy a Coffee and a staff member asked if she was OK, she was fine but in a bit of a fluster because her car had broken down and she popped in for a Coffee while waiting for the recovery to arrive. The staff member was genuinely extremely nice, and even bought my Mum a sausage roll on the house which made her feel so much better. THANK YOU for your amazing customer service.

Stopped by in this little town of Chesham for some breakfast. I found a trust Greggs and went in. Usual items but done very well at this location. Food was hot and cooked well. The pastrie was crumbly and the coffee was nice as well. Friendly staff on top of that. Can't complain!

Staff are great and very nice but I need to ask why is it sometimes the food is stone cold. I went there yesterday and my sausage roll was frozen, shouldn't it be hot? I hope the staff have noticed this and will make sure good is cooked properly in future thanks
