Absolutely disgusting staff attitudes towards disabled people. They should be ashamed of themselves. It is illegal to refuse access to toilet facilities to disabled customers. The man "working" on petrol side never even looked up away from his personal mobile phone. And the lady on subway was as helpful as a chocolate teapot!!!!
