Flogas left me with a gas leak for 6 months, they sent an engineer out who did not notice there was a gas leak, a gas safe registered engineer couldn't detect a leak however me and my partner found 3 leaks and we are not trained. They are now refusing to refund me the monies from the gas leak even though the gas consumption was huge. Awful company, disgusting customer service, health and safety risk, environmental risk.

My experience with Flogas is one I hope no one else has. My tank gauge is showing the very bottom of the RED e.g. empty. I ordered and paid for gas over a week ago, I was given a delivery date. this came and went ,no gas contacted Flogas eventually after 49 minutes on hold, only to be told the tanker had run out of gas before it got to me delivery scheduled for the following day. Still no gas, another 35 minutes on hold, only to be told that I had 68% volume of gas (telemetery system says so) So the saga goes on ,3 delivery dates passed same excuse, tanker ran out of gas. So called customer care said will call back with an update ,still waiting delivery now promised for Sunday This is despite me telling their "customer care " people that I am a pensioner with health issues. Come on Flogas, TRY and look after your customers a bit better.

Bulk customer: 1972874. Set up automatic reorder for gas once we started to get low on gas. This was not done correctly by the agent. This fault was accepted by Flogas when spoken to on Monday. As a result we have ran out of gas. We called contacted Flogas on Monday and everyday thereafter who have promised call backs to sort a "priority" delivery. We have not received a single call back. It is now Thursday. We have a 9 month old baby and my partner is pregnant with our second. I am very concerned with the COVID situation, that the added risk of cold, should we catch COVID, put my family more at risk. We have messaged on Twitter without a response and posted on Facebook but they have deleted the post in an attempt to hide the situation from its potential customers and keep a false online positive reputation. My partner has since had to relocate to her family in Nottingham AGAINST COVID guidelines and at a considerable cost. We still are left in the dark with again just now a promised call back (4th to date)..... Avoid like the plague. **UPDATE** received a call to say that they don't know when we will get any gas because they have not sorted a route for gas to our area yet. This is totally unacceptable that my partner, who is pregnant and 9 month old baby have had to relocate. I will certain to open a small claims case against Flogas for the expenses incurred once this is resolved because of a mistake THEY made. Unacceptable.

What a company placed an order on the 4th Jan their Truck delivered to the village on the 5th now no Gas until the 20th Jan. Forklift not running. Doesn't it get on your nerves when companies blame appalling service on Covid, have we not been in this situation for 10 months? Covid 19 has not stopped our business but Flogas have!! Thanks for the reply, not a lot of point giving a number that cannot help. This beggars belief that I have to have a conversation through this medium to get a reply. Why doesn't who ever replies to this pick up the phone and not hide behind the Cant Do Anything to help dept.

Been trying to two days now to get bottled gas from your Edinburgh depot. Normally always use Flowgas for my bottle and never had these issues before. The sign on the gate indicates open Monday to Friday, I phoned your head office after my first visit on Monday to be told opening days were in fact Tuesday to Friday, it would be useful if someone could change the sign. I returned today Tuesday to find the gates still closed to customers, I eventually saw one person working in the yard and managed to speak with him, he told be the office was closed as the person who normally does that was on holiday, and he did not have access to the computers to process orders. So I left after my second wasted journey with my empty gas bottle.

After a failed attempt to reach Flogas on the 0800 number to chase a delivery I phoned the head office in Syston and spoke to a VERY helpful employee in marketing team who immediately put me in touch with Nelly who said she would investigate. The next morning the tanker arrived and gave us an emergency fill ! MANY THANKS to NELLY and all at FLOGAS......you are a great team !! As we know bad news travels fast in the UK, which is a shame, as it isn't always fully deserved. Thanks Guys ! from a Happy (New) Customer in Deepest Cumbria.

Terrible company. They leave a very high percentage of thier customers (particularly families) with no gas through freezing cold temperatures. Hundreds of people went without gas over the Christmas period because of this company. They promise deliveries that are almost always never on time(some cases been several months late). Poor customer service and poor staff management. A entire overhaul is needed of this company and its staff

Very frustrating company to deal with . I moved house 7 weeks ago with £190 credit on my account . I have contacted them several times to get my refund with no success . I phoned this week and they won’t even tell me when I will get the money back . I know they wouldn’t wait 7 weeks to be paid . Their gas is over priced and you have to negotiate really hard to get a fair price. Not happy at all with Flogas and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone . Please send me the money you owe me ,

If you ring make sure you have plenty of time to be kept on hold.. half an hour to an hour not unusual. If you answer the automated questions that you're a new customer amazingly you get through a bit quicker! Customer service is rubbish. Deliveries are scheduled according to who you've got in your household. Babies no problem you'll get priority. Deliveries cancelled without warning and no explanation. When you ring to find out why, the lame excuses fly. Also they'll say well hopefully you'll get a delivery tomorrow... Shocking company to deal with. We raised a complaint about our last delivery and still heard nothing back. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Update - After being told when I closed our account to be assured that no transactions would go on the account. I've now received an invoice for a delivery I didn't authorise that happened after I left the property and closed the account. I'm now being chased for payment! Update No 2 - More than a year after I finally got them to close my account I received an email today telling me my online account has been activated, I can logon and order online now!!! What an absolute joke they are.

We placed an order for gas on the 26th of November and were advised delivery would be within two weeks. Tomorrow is three weeks and after numerous calls and limited gas we were advised only today that the gas would be delivered tomorrow. A further phone call advised the gas is not actually being delivered tomorrow and they cannot provide any further information. They basically stated they will not deliver gas until we have run out, but we have reduced our gas usage so that we do not run out, something that isn't ideal with two young children at home. To defend their actions they have provided their terms and conditions, I presume they are alluding to 6.8 that states - delivery and/or performance are estimates only and are not guaranteed. So this morning's 'estimate' was tomorrow, with this afternoon's 'estimate' not tomorrow and unconfirmed. Thankfully our fixed term contract runs out shortly. Absolutely abysmal!!! Get this sorted.

Gas ordered in October by the automatic system on the tank.by end of November still no gas.. now in December talked to them on 5th December told be down as an emergency refill as i have a son in a wheelchair...guess what on the 9th they also failed again to refill..this time told by a manager will defo be out to refill today the 10th December as the Gas last night run out...its`now 5pm and again just been told after booking day of work sorry not out today maybe tomorrow....well guess what when you do refill you are not getting paid i will see you in court fed up of people like you taking us hard working people for a joke...i have lost days of work and how many hours of my time on the phone you are a joke i have now had to go and borrow electric heaters from friends and family just to keep warm let alone no hot water...

You do not get any refund for the gas left in the tank, but you get another invoice after they pick your tank finally up with however much standing charge they think you still owe them. They do not communicate and try to discuss matters, and also they don't respond on any emails.

This company employ disgusting business practices and should be avoided at all costs. The only way (I have found out to my cost) to get market reasonable rates from them is to sign a two year contract - what they don't make clear is that the competitive rate only last for one year, after which they are free to put your rate up by whatever they like - they put my rate up by over 40%!! When I checked around I found this rate was 35% above the going rate for bulk LPG. When I called to discuss it the supercilious agent I dealt with was quite happy to explain how it was all my fault and if I'd read my terms and conditions properly it was very clear that they could do whatever they liked with my price and that they had absolutely no interest in providing me with gas at a market competitive rate. The agent then put me on hold so he could fill out a price complaint form, I believe they then left the office (I had called close to the end of the day), its now 20 mins after they closed and I'm still on hold...! Should be ashamed of yourselves.

This company is shocking. They are charging me 20p above any other competitor. They have no customer complaints department. And I mean that literally. When you ring to complain about the service you are put through to the sales team. They say that they can't handle a complaint and you need to speak to the manager. Out of 8 calls the manager has never once been available and they promise you that he/she will call back. Out of 8 phone calls no one has once called back.

Unbelievably bad customer service! Had ongoing problems with this company for 8 months and after they investigated, they admitted to various problems caused by themselves but basically tough for me and as they are not regulated they act and do what they want! Now looking at switching to oil, where at least you can choose from many suppliers!

The housing estate that I live on has a shared LPG tank and Flogas have truly got us all by the short and curlies. We had to sign a 2 year contract with them when we first moved in, and if any subsequent people move in on the estate, they too have to sign a two year contract. If we want to change the supplier to get a better deal, all 40 houses have to had finished their 2 year contract and EVERYBODY has to agree to change. We had just reached the end of our two contract, but some new people moved in, and they had to sign the two year contract too, so that put all of us back to square one! And as you can imagine, we can't restrict people to not move house when ever they want to........ so we are STUCK FOREVER!!! This is totally unfair that Flogas are monopolising all of us and unfortunately there are no regulating bodies for LPG gas that could help us.

Bloody useless. They were terrible before they fitted telemetry, now they seem to have a different driver each time - they can't find the house (don't they have sat nav) and when I try to rearrange a delivery the morons at the "service" centre either forget to do something, or just blame each other. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

I have just tried to order gas. The account was opened by me, and I have ordered and paid for the last 7 years. I am Mrs Fellows. I had to have another account opened for me. Mark will not be able to leave a review as this is nothing whatsoever to do with him - I am the one who is home during opening hours to place orders and my card has been the one to pay for the last 7 years. How did that happen? And 5 working days. Monday 9th then. Thanks.

Very poor service. Ordered gas on December 30 2017 and still waiting for delivery. Have phoned 4 times and had to wait an average of 15 minutes on the line only to be told that it has not yet been scheduled . Have recorded a complaint but the manager has not phoned back as promised. I feel a target should be set to improve customer service and a way found to give a delivery date within a certain time frame to prevent time wasted on phone for Flogas and customer.
