Angel was very helpful, I went in there thinking I’d only be needing my brake pads. But he further explained that it’d be recommended to replace my rotors as well, come to find out I get home and he was correct. Appreciate the fact that Oreillys has employees that actually know what they’re talking about.

Angel the store manager was very helpful when I was purchasing some Automatic Trans Fluid and didn't try to up sell any full synthetic as some of OReilly's competitors were trying to do. I downloaded my owners manual and it clearly recommends conventional ATF for my vehicle as Angel also recommended. I'll continue to shop at OReilly's in 47th and Kedzie. Thanks Angel!????

Eric was a great help at the one store I stopped at. He was very quick about getting the stuff they had in their store but, immediately called & made sure the other store had the part since the system read "1 ". Put a hold on it & told them who he was. Now being a long since been Autozoner.. way to go! Thanks for doing your job the right way & making sure I didn't get over there & them look at me like am idiot & there be no part at all. Eric.. you rock! Just for doing your job.. imagine that! ????????

Ive spent thousands in this store over the years and always received very Poor customer service many times from Guillermo he’s arrogant and knows nothing about cars he may as well quit his job because he’s knows nothing about customer service either. I hadn’t went to the store in a while decided to return since I heard it was under new management but this Nathaniel kid that works there is a complete Douche he knows nothing about cars and auto parts and made me wait till he finished every phone call while ringing me up and spent an extra 20 min in the store I didn’t have to because of his non ability to multi task.

Everyone here is very professional and Angel in particular definitely knows his store very well and is genuinely friendly too! O'Reilly overall is the better auto parts store but this location always seems to go a step above and that's why I keep coming back!
