Cheap and cheerful. Good C-19 guidelines in place but the type of customers here often don't adhere to social distancing, not exactly B&M's fault, but I would avoid when it is busy if possible. Otherwise good as they stock a wide variety of things.

Overall a good store for cheap products. You can even find quality branded products in this store - for example, I bought a bottle of Bailey's Irish cream for £13 and in other stores this was sold at a standard £16+.

Absolutely love B&M, you can always find a bargain. The mangers specials are usually great and are changed on a regular basis. I do find the staff are always helpful and friendly even though they are always very busy stocking shelves.

Great staff and very helpful too. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Great variety of Christmas gifts that really helps. One downside one of tills is near entrance and the door was open so it was freezing ???? at the TIL while being served, felt sorry for cashier. Other than that it’s a great place to shop.

A really good place for a bargain. Wide range of everything you need, from groceries to toiletries, from household cleaning product's to kitchen ware and selected small furniture, electrical goods and accessories. Well worth a wander around

Dreadful store.
I find it SO intrusive to be watched as you walk in by a security guard. The previous security guard would, at least, walk around. This current one seems to just stand in a corner out-of-sight of peripheral vision as you enter.
I used to walk in a see if they had any coffee. If they didn't, I'd walk out and try again next time. If you have a security guard standing there, it makes you look guilty as if you are a shoplifter if you walk out without buying anything. Hence why I now shop elsewhere.
If they "need" security guards, they should be out-of-sight monitoring TV screens and then appear IF needed. Sometimes he even stands at the door and clearly "thinks" he's a doorman. Your're not a doorman in a nightclub! ha ha What a pathetic sight to see this in a "store"! It would deter MOST people when you see him as you walk toward the door. Maybe he failed his "Area 51 exam" and wants to look important. And, maybe B&M was the only option open to him!
Maplins used to have staff standing on the door. Look what happened to them!!! It deterred shoppers!
Is there any wonder stores are suffering and closing at the rate they are. Yes, Internet shopping is a big part. But, so is intrusive security guards who make for a very uninviting place to visit.
The broadcaster, James Whale once said that he boycotts any store where they have security guards. That's how I feel, too. They make places look uninviting.
