Lovely place to meet up with loved ones for some good food and a good drink. Seating spaces both indoor and out, plus a shop on the way out to pick up any drinks you've taken a liking to!

Update: now serving food outside in a smart new structure. As always the selection is small but perfectly formed. Reasonable selection for the vegetarian. And clearly the message that puds are good has reached the management, with three or four good choices.
The Covid precautions are sound, with screens, one way system and disposable plates and utensils. Pre booking is recommended, but fortunately not essential. Shame that the sauces and mayonnaise in individual packs are thrown away if not consumed. Wouldn't it be sensible to ask diners if they want them and then give only to those asking. Could save costs and cut waste.
As you expect the beer is just about as good as it gets.

What an absolute diamond of a venue....
We stopped to check out the shop to get some real ale but actually it was so much more than that, we had a fantastic lunch with drinks from the bar in a room that was lovely see pics, we had the katsu chicken strips and they were fantastic, the place was very well-managed spacious and had plenty of places to sit and if you are a CAMRA member you can get 10% off at the shop. I look forward to returning again in January when they are hoping to do brewery tours again put for today absolutely lovely.

Made a reservation week before our booking. Come for a drinks and meals with our children. Had a trouble to order another drink for long time. After finally receiving our second drink we were asked to move to another table (outside and it was raining) because they have another reservation on our table. We actually wanted to stay longer and order more drinks . Never been ask ever in hospitality industry to leave table with full drinks on the table. Very disappointed and we will not return again. Very rude to ask leave our table in 5min and sits outside in the rain.

Beer was good. Food was very poor. Chicken wings were over cooked and dry. Out of 9 wings I sampled two, raised this with server who didn't seem to raise this with the kitchen so I paid and left. Very disappointed. Will visit again for beer but not food.

Great place for lunch ,food excellent, good menu choice ,fresh and hot. Staff very attentative. All covid precautions in place. Staff obviously worked hard to make the outside space safe. Will definately visit again.

1) Their Beer - Good Old Boy - superb!
2) Their venue
3) Their customer service - this really stands out from the competition - there have a been a couple of occasions where they have gone the extra mile and its massively appreciated.

Popped over for lunch today. Very nice! I could easily have sat there all afternoon chatting and drinking the Maharajah ale which my friend encouraged me to try.
I had the Chicken Tikka burger which was really nice and the spice went well with the ale. Will definitely go again, first to try other beers and second because the brownie looked good, and we didn't have time for pudding.

We stopped at their restaurant for lunch, which was very good, and then bought a crate of bottled beer to take home.
Like many places at the moment, it was table service only, with disposable plates and cutlery. The outdoor seating area was laid out well, with good spacing between tables and a marquee roof to protect you from the sun and rain.
They had their usual selection of excellent ales and the menu contained lunchtime fare of pizzas, burgers etc.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great country location, spacious seating in and out. Great selection of beers (as you'd expect!) and shop.

Quite hard to find but what a hidden gem! Good selection of beer, not just the Renegade brewery range. Inside you will find a gift shop, a bar, a large seating area and a kitchen which serves a good (but overpriced) selection of burgers, pizzas and pies. The foot-long hot dog is particularly good (an actual sausage, not frankfurter). Vegetarian choices available. The best bit about the indoor area is you can see the floor where the beer is brewed. They do inexpensive tours. Only down side is that the parking is pretty terrible, especially in the wet. This place also gets pretty busy!

Great place for family chill especially on weekends. It's a 6mile round trip for us on foot. So work up an appetite on the way there, and 'walk off' the meal on way home!
Just 5-10min short walk from Yattendon. In the other direction a lovely walk on dirt track to Burnt Oak. Meals are excellent, ranging from chicken to burgers and pizza, healthy salad options and vegetarian also available. Service is good (not excellent) vast majority are very young and earning pocket money only, so not really 'service oriented'. Open all week too, loads of parking space, I often pop in for a coffee ...it's very spacious, good free WiFi and coffee reasonably price. // Merchandise and beer & drinks for sale in reception area.

We were with another couple, and, due to Covid restrictions, were outside. Awnings were up and heaters were on, so the poor, cold and showery weather was not a problem. Staff were very Covid-aware, and friendly, and my venison burger was delicious!

Great beer especially the Maharaja IPA. Really friendly and efficient table service. Big open space with no need to get anywhere near anyone else, very well organised. Food was tasty and enjoyable - well worth a visit - but book in advance.

Great place to eat and drink. Fantastic atmosphere and great food options. One of the best veggie pizzas called the Allotment in the area. Also serve their own beers along with some great guest beers as well. Don’t like beer then don’t worry as they have wine, cider, spirits and soft drinks. Dog and child friendly.

Excellent delivery service, fast and efficient. Most importantly the beer and ale is really good quality. It helped keep spirits up in lockdown for sure! I highly recommend them, most particularly their cracking kegs!

Interesting brewery tour, which focuses more on the bottling and canning processes in the modern high tech brewery. The private tour we were on was expensive at £25 but I believe the public ones are a little less. Didn't try the restaurant but the food looked good.

Popped in this afternoon to browse and buy in order to support a local business during the current crises. Upon entering the brewery we were asked “what do you want?” Things didn’t improve after that. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Nevertheless, we purchased some ale (not sure why we bothered) and quickly left.
We have to say that a wet brown paper bag has more customer service skills than your staff. Not impressed. Won’t be going again.
