Staff are so rude, shouting and swearing on the shop floor on several occasions when I’ve been in. I understand during covid times it’s hard for staff to keep up a smile and politeness but it literally takes up more energy to be rude. For example, while I was looking around the store I noticed very few people in and no one was waiting to be served at the tills. I politely asked the woman behind the tills if she was serving and instead of asking me to come over or giving me any indication that I could come to her till, she looked at me and carried on her conversation to another member of staff and left me stood wondering whether to put down my items and leave. After the second time of asking, she rolled her eyes and gestured to put my stuff on the till while still maintaining a full conversation about her life to her colleague. She then didn’t bother to say anything to me apart from the price of my items (STILL carrying on her conversation). I wished her a good day and got no reply. Tonight I entered the shop to shouts across the shop floor and swearing from members of staff, a different member then began having a conversation while serving AGAIN! It’s a shame because this is my local and there’s about two members of staff that are polite. Sorry if I sound petty but I hate to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in a store.

Don't really appreciate being told by a member of staff that I should be wearing a mask. They didn't stop to think that I may be exempt due to a health condition!

Very clean and well kept premises along with a decent variety for a small store.
Very fresh fruit and veg section.
On other visits it has been quite busy.

Small but beautifully formed. It's not cheap but has a great selection of food for its size. But beats having to queue at the bigger supermarkets at the moment.
