Most expensive charity shop in Loughborough. Staff are pleasant though.

Friendly and helpful staff. However, shop can be quite cramped during peak times. Prices are also higher than most charity shops - especially for clothes.

Usually very satisfied here. The prices of books seem too high though. Especially when John Storer House get by selling their donated books for only 20p.

Dreadful customer service from the Loughborough store. Ordered a NEW bed two weeks ago. It came last week with one piece of wood missing. Nobody seems to know how to fix the problem and I am sleeping on a mattress. The staff alledge that they can't contact head office and on visiting the store conveniently the person dealing with the problem is on the sick. Why I can't have a piece off of the bed that is on display I am not sure. I will NEVER use this shop again.
