Cynergy Bank

I was locked out of my account for months as I had no smart phone.The small device I needed to gain access came from China and took months to arrive. It turned up but did not work.Weeks passed with no comment from customer services and in the end I told them to close my account. I waited a week for my money to arrive in my linked account and when it did not turn up.I accessed the account myself finally. I wrote and complained as my husband had been locked out of his ISA account too. I am still waiting for a response 6 weeks after my letter/not email. I would not use this bank again since its take over from Bank of Cyprus to Cynergy bank it has gone downhill.

Small bank, but great personal service. The type of place where they'll say hello and remember what you were up to last time you visited.

It has an ATM machine outside the building.
