The guys that work here are brilliant. They know and love their tea! So helpful. Just say what you're after and they be able to assist and provide suggestions or advice. It's such a nice shop. Peaceful, friendly, delightful. It makes me want to drink tea more so I can buy more stuff.

I had a lovely time shopping here. The staff were lovely. In particular a chap named Lewis was very helpful and really seemed to know all about everything on offer. The products are such good quality and we will definitely be shopping here again.

The store is great. Whilst the great variety of drinks is something that keeps me coming back to the store, the thing that has stood out to me is the staff. Everytime I have visited the staff have been more than happy to help me find an item, or even recommend a drink. They take their time in ensuring that you are happy with the drink you have got or they might show you an alternative. Once I even got some free Apple & Elderflower tea(always appreciated), but I actually really liked that and bought more the next time I visited.
The atmosphere of the store has always been pleasant, and I always find myself trying out some of the samples that they have that day whenever I pass by.
Great store that I would recommend for anyone wanting to try something a bit different with their drinks.

I'm so glad I popped into this store not my usual type of place and not a massive hot drinks fan but their ice cold tea samples converted me and the hot col chocolate milkshake was to die for loved it (brought 3 pots to take home lol )
