Friendly service and a good online rates (better than anything else in Maidenhead). They accepted 1 and 2 Euro coins which was helpful. I went on a Sunday and only small niggle was having to wait 5 mins whilst the only person working came back from a break.

Prepaid for euros online. Went to pick it up as the email confirmation and website says they close at 5pm. Went there, the store is closed with a sign advising they close at 4pm. Ok,no problem the website is just not updated. Went back Monday morning 9am, nobody there. After waiting 20min,no body shows... now what?
