My missus and I love this store. When we went in the other week and bought lots of stuff. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The nice guy that helped us took our stuff and put it behind the counter so we could continue shopping till we were ready to buy. Got all the Christmas shopping done. Love this store and definitely will be returning again and again

I visited your shop today with my nephew and brother. As my nephew wished to buy a drone and you had been recommended to me as a good place to purchase one from. Sadly I left
without making a purchase and went elsewhere. The reason for this is I was wearing my sunflower lanyard but every time I went to look at something or any of us did a member of your staff was right behind us moving the items which freaked me out and unnerved me,
As he was so close and even brushed past me at one time. I just got so uncomfortable and this is why I left without making a purchase, and waited outside for my nephew and brother I also noticed that you don’t provide hand sanitizer unlike other shops. I was so disappointed as I had heard such good things about your store

Terrible customer service. I was so happy about shopping from mankind oracle branch but I do not want to shop one more time. Staff is very rude and not good communication.

Bought a watch which I had problems with. Long story short I was offered refund which is great as I'm not happy with the quality of the product. What I'm not happy with is a rude staff member who made a rude remark and said just do it while I was there. When confronted about his poor customer service he even dare make a remark. Poor customer service as you are a poor customer. Also calling me mate.. Someone like that shouldn't really work in sales. Returning a fualty product its a stressful experience as It. I generally do it but this watch wasn't that cheap. I personally would not want to buy from that shop again. The other member of staff helping with situation was very polite. Keep in mind this is my personal experience and you should always decide on your own if u would shop there.

Guys I like all of the unnecessary tat, nice way of killing time when the other half is shopping. That said, seriously, tell your staff not to fly their drones so close to customer's heads. It's not cool and does not make us interested in buying the product. What are you thinking?

Good stuff to buy but the prices can be a little steep, brought 2 items one being peanuts from hell, do not be fooled by the smell as they smell like ordinary roasted peanuts, taste like ordinary roasted peanuts then after about 3-5 seconds this big heatwave hits your mouth.

Items are good. Store team utterly useless. Girl who said she was the manager told us there was no way we could return an unwanted Christmas present as they were experiencing technical difficulties however gave us no options despite the hour long journey to our closest store. Just said “you should go to a different store”. Absolutely useless. Travel alone has now cost more than the item. To top it off another colleague tried to explain that it’s not MenKinds fault and that we should be the ones to find a way to get our money back. 1st Class S*** show!!
