Best clothing store. How I wish servoce like this was avaliable everywhere. They are pricey but the quality of their clothes, and their pristene service is worth it. Please. Someone open other stores like this!

Service is good. A kind and friendly young lady helped us. However, they failed to publish opening hours during Christmas time. We had to travel all the way to find out that they were closed until 2 Jan. Their phone message also failed to alert customers. I hope they will take these suggestions into their consideration for the next years festive season. They don't look like very small business.

Useless, terrible no refund policy that I was completely unaware of... Literally left shop after buying school shirts got to the car, my daughter changed her mind within 5mins of leaving shop to being told sorry can't refund you. Rediculously Overpriced and useless and very unhelpful manager. Avoid!!!!!

Be aware that this store do not offer refunds, only exchange. I returned a plain black blazer, a week after purchase, for a full refund which was denied. I couldn't even exchange for what I wanted as they do not sell blazers in longer (or shorter) lengths. We had bought the larger size to get the arm length but then having got home and tried it on again, realised that it wasn't right for my tall and gangly 16 year old son. I was told by the staff and Manager that I could have a credit note - of no use to me whatsoever - and that I shouldn't have bought the blazer then in the first place. Very unhelpful.

AVOOD THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Rude and arrogant staff. Brought a jumper for my son and washed it on a 30° wash as the label said and it came out stretched and thin. When I went back to complain I was told it was my fault and they would do nothing about it. How they can actually run a business is beyond me as customer care is something they do not understand.
