We recently joined the practise having been with another dentist who let's just say were rubbish! From the initial check up for the three of us to a recent root canal treatment for my wife who not only has a deep fear of dentists but also had broken her ankle and was in a cast (!) the service and compassion was excellent:). I just wish we had moved to them years ago as staff in all sections from reception to dentist chair are wonderful

I've been unfortunate enough to require emergency dental treatment in the recent past. Chineham Dental helped me immediately and with the greatest of care. They have been my dentist for over 10 years and from the routine to the emergency everything has been handled professionally, courteously, and to my complete satisfaction. No way I'm going anywhere else.

I’ve been visiting this dentist since I was a child and I’ve never had a bad experience. Easy to get appointments and if I ever need an emergency appointment they are always very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Cannot recommend this practice highly enough! My dentist is Mr Amin, but it really doesn't matter who you speak to, as all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I've been using this practice for a few years now, and have also just finished my Invisalign treatment and I am SO PLEASED with the results - wish I had done it sooner! Mr Amin was very flexible with fitting in appointments around my work schedule - I really appreciate this, thank you so much!

Helpful and welcoming lady on reception, had my first appointment with CDS today and the dentist I had was chatty and easy to get on with. Mr Roopra I think his name was. Process from walking in to leaving took about 15 minutes - would definitely recommend especially for those who dread dental check ups!

Registered as a new patient back in August. I was told I wouldn't be able to make an appointment until early December! I phoned and booked the only one I could get in December. Unfortunately my car went into the garage the day before the appointment and needed a repair that took 2 days. Therefore no car and had to cancel the appointment only to be told as a new patient giving less than 24 hours cancellation time, I could no longer be a patient at the surgery anymore and never be able to re-book. Awful service will be returning to my old dentist, which is further away but would not treat its patients like that. A waste of time for me and a burden on the NHS that spent time processing and registering me as a new patient for nothing. Unbelievable behaviour by this dental practise stay well clear.
I would reward this surgery no stars but that option isn't available.
