I'm not a fan of salons. I dont enjoy the mindless chit chat, image scrutiny and general ambience that usually accompanies the experience but Serenity is low key, welcoming and not at all like this.
Great cut by Gemma again. Patient and knowledgeable without the usual up-selling you get in other salons. The staff are genuinely friendly and efficient making it a relaxing and stress free experience.
Good value as well!

Highly recommend Serenity - staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Gemma has been cutting my hair for over 15 years, and it is testament to her skill that whichever salon she has worked in, I have followed! I was delighted when she opened Serenity. She takes the time to listen to what the customer wants, but isn't afraid to give honest advice - a great combination!

Today I had highlights and a cut and blow dry. My first time at Serenity and I'm SO happy with what Gemma has done for me. I absolutely love both the colour and cut ???? The blow dry (for I think the first time ever) gave my hair the volume, swing and finished look Ive always hoped for when leaving a salon. Highly recommend. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I'll definitely be going back again and again. Thank you Gemma. ????
