I waited for half an hour for them to process my private prescription. They charged me and then said they can't give it to me because the doctor didn't put a stamp. I then had to go catch a train so I called them from the train to ask for a refund but they didn't pick up the phone.

Checked online if they had Aspirin 300mg in stock and it said yes, went to the shop and there was none and they didn't know when they would get more, no aspirin in either of the other 2 boots at Oracle and the Station. Disappointed so went elsewhere and bought it for cheaper.
