Ram and Richie are helpful and attentive.
They were able to communicate well with all parties involved, and made the process easy and fast. They remain responsive after 2 months of moving into the property, and are continuing to pursue unsolved matters.
The viewing and contact was Covid-19 safe. They explained any areas of concern in detail and provided additional support for processes we could not understand. They were quick to amend the contracts as requested and allowed us time to review all documentation.
I would highly recommend not only this company, but these two gentleman in particular for any of your renting requirements.

Adrienne was amazing through all the process from introducing
the best mortgage deals available on the market to doing all the
paperwork to submitting the mortgage application. I always had
all my questions answered and the process was very smooth.
Got the deal which cost me £70 a month less than the mortgage
offered by my bank.

Moving house we can confirm not only in the current climate has been a stressful experience but due to the restrictions longer than we had planned. However, William H Brown were nothing but supportive every step of the way with their guidance on how to sell our house; when would be a good time to sell; how to present our house to attract a buyer; fantastic communication throughout the entire process; liaison with all parties in our change to ensure everyone was kept up to date. Could not recommend William H Brown enough! Everyone we spoke to was incredibly helpful and friendly. Ramdev was absolutely amazing, he jumped through so many hoops to ensure we could move into our rental property in time. So this was our first time renting a house (me and my partner).
Now I'm a pretty impatient person so as everyone can well imagine I was calling and emailing all the time to try and see what the update with the house was.
Between Ram and Richie I don't actually know how the coped with the millions of questions, phone calls, emails because at one point I was annoyed with myself for being so persistent.
This was my first time renting as I've already stated but if I had to do it again it would definitely be with Ram and the team they went the extra mile to get us into a house as soon as they possibly could even with the COVID-19 situation they handled everything like TOP CLASS PROFESSIONALS. Also on a little side note I wouldn't have got through this without Ram reassuring myself and partner that we were on the way to our first new little home and we absolutely love it.
Can't thank the team enough or recommend them enough.
Top people Top service. To anyone thinking about which estate agents to use you would be missing out on the best.

Unfortuanetely I missed out on a property through these guys, however they kept my details and sent over several other properties coming to the market and eventually one was right... I am very new to buying a house so Duncan was brilliant, getting me a better rate on my mortgage than I had anticipated. Rich and Adam were very proactive in getting it through as the chain was very long, they kept me updated and it wouldn't of happened without them... enjoy the chocolates guys you earned them!

This is my first time renting and had so many questions and queries when I first rang William h brown. Ram dealt with me and my partner Jacob and he was amazing, he was always on the other end of the phone whenever I needed to ask a question. He was extremely professional and got us booked in for our viewing within that week. And helped us get the property we wanted. we cant thank him enough for all his help. We were pressure sold the professional photographer at a cost of £220.
The photos were terrible to say the least and certainly didn't show the property room sizes etc and garden and outlook to its best.
We were forced to use our own pics taken on a mobile phone.
We have not been given any refund whatsoever or any apology or explanation as to why WHBrown are selling photo packages that are very unprofessional and unusable. No offer was made to retake any pics either.
This matter is currently being taken further.
We had one phone call only during our time with them yet we were promised regular updates.
The service was terrible with very rude staff.
I would certainly NOT recommend them, especially the Loughborough office.

I would strongly advice you to stay away from the sales department. They are a bunch of idiots, unprofessional, unreliable liars. Don't be surprised if they inflate the price of the property in the bidding process. Like other reviews their letting lettings team are great but sales team are absolute joke.

The lettings team at the Loughborough branch are fantastic. Upon initial walk in, a property viewing was arranged within a few minutes. The gentleman we spoke with was very helpful. All phone calls were conducted in a very polite manner. Lydia showed us around a few properties and was very helpful and professional. Although we didn't go with William H. Brown in the end, we would be very happy to deal with them again in the future if we needed a property.
