I would surely recommend Care for Health, Godalming. I have been visiting for my back issues since 2018 and I must say, Mark has always helped me recover quickly from my back problems. My visits have always been in short bursts, however, Mark really understands where the problem exists and provides treatment for a quick recovery. The staff are extremely friendly and the online appointment booking system is really helpful. Looking forward for my future visits, 100% recommended.

I have been a patient with care for health for about 20 years. They have kept me fit and healthy and able to do all the sport and dancing that I want to. They have expertly fixed me when I manage to injure myself, and with the wellness program I am finding that my physical health is hugely improved and injuries are a lot less frequent. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. The whole team is hugely professional and skilled.

I’d totally recommend booking an appointment here - it was one of the best decisions I made! I’ve got to admit I was dubious at first, as I’d never seen a chiropractor before, but I shouldn’t have been. Mark quickly sorted me out, and then worked together with Adam to build my strength back up and generally keep me in a much better place. I’ve gone from having really bad lower back pain and shoulder/neck niggles to being pain free and feeling much stronger. They’ve both given really helpful advice along the way as to what I should and shouldn’t be doing exercise wise to help my recovery too. The website, booking process and assistants are all really helpful too!

I joined Care For Health with extreme pain and discomfort in my neck, upper back, and shoulders. Mark has managed to turn my mobility and comfort around in 2-3 months and I'm feeling more confident, more able, and my quality of life and energy levels are through the roof. Would definitely recommend as a leader in the area, especially as I've tried a few different options in Godalming!

After a two year struggle with my ITB syndrome, I am now able to run 50 miles a month again. My previous physio in Guildford wasn't able to find the source of my problem but after a few sessions with Adam at Care For Health I was able to run longer distances within 6 weeks. When dealing with the ITB syndrome I tried almost everything that was recommended from foam rolling, strengthening glutes, stretching, icing, compression to buying different shoes. The source of my pain was actually elsewhere and Adam managed to find it and fix it. Thank you!

I’ve had a ‘bad back’ for nearly 10 years. I also have an outside physical job and need to be mobile. I usually use an osteopath who have done great work. This time it just wasn’t working. I was slightly concerned to try a different approach..... needed had worried though as I can move properly, work consistently and have even taking up running - something my back simply wouldn’t have allowed me.
I can not recommend Mark and his incredible team enough. Not only are they just terrific in their field, but actually jolly lovely people!! Thank you guys for all you’ve done for me.

My first visit to Care For Health was in August 2016 with severe neck pain and a back that once a year would slip a disk. After a period of intense remedial work I moved onto a regular maintenance programme of two visits a month that was kept me mobile and pain free allowing me to take part in triathlons in my late 50's. Beyond the evident success of the treatment the whole team are so friendly. I highly recommend Mark and his great team.

Mark and Adam do an amazing job of keeping my body in the best shape it can be! I went to them 3 years ago with chronic back pain, unable to work and the team quickly put a treatment plan in place that was intensive and effective, quickly getting me back on my feet. Since then I continue with regular 'maintenance' treatment once a month and haven't had a back problem again. Highly recommend!

Three months ago I couldn’t do ten minutes gardening without being in severe pain, then I was introduced to Mark and Adam at Care for Health. After Chiropractic and Physio treatments i have a new lease of life. I can now walk for 2 miles rather than 100 yards, and enjoy life in a way that had been impossible for the last two years. Fabulous clinic!
Everyone here really cares about you and your health and well being. I have been coming for a year now and would highly recommend for anyone struggling with migraine and neck pain as I was . I had never seen a chiropractor before but certainly glad I did and I always feel in very safe hands.
The treatment I have received from Ben and Mark has been amazing and given me immediate relief from the pain I was feeling and the freedom to live a more healthy life.
Everybody is very friendly and helpful including
the reception staff and the sports physios.
I would highly recommend Care for Health!

I went to care for health a year ago and i got a great deal of benefit from that. I have a condition that will always have to be managed. I had great faith in them as they ardently believe in themselves. Sometimes there are other better treatments elsewhere. This I have subsequently found to be true. So if it is not working for you just know that sometimes the answer lies elsewhere. Maybe their confidence in themselves needs to be questioned. This is just my own experience and a view for what its worth. I was truly grateful for what they did for me in the beginning.

The standard of care is exceptional and they allow me to carry on with my active life. Without them I'd be a creaky old geezer...!

I strongly recommend the team at Care for Health in Godalming. I first went to them almost 2 years ago with severe pain all down my left leg, barely able to walk properly, and within a very short time I was running and living a full life once more. Since then I feel that they have tuned up my body and helped me to feel years younger. An underlying problem with my posture that had been brewing up trouble for me over many years has been sorted out, without the need for any pain-killers or other drugs, and I am now looking forward to the next few years with a much more optimistic outlook.

I’ve visited a number of different sports therapists for help with a variety of issues over the years but have found Care for Health to be by far the best. All the team are very professional and attentive. I first went with a long-running shoulder injury and was impressed with the speed and completeness of my recovery. They suggested I would also benefit from chiropractic adjustments. I must admit I was sceptical at first, believing they were only really of use for back problems. However, they have made a massive improvement to my posture and this in turn has had an amazing effect on my general feeling of fitness and wellbeing.

Last year, had I gone down the medical route, my two herniated discs would probably have led me to months if not years of being shunted around the orthopaedic system and ended up with surgery. The Care for Health team have treated the whole me resulting in not just relieving my symptoms but enabling me to manage my "weak" back. I am now fitter than I have been in the past 20 odd years of a bad back!
