Kudos to the practice manager and practitioners at the Dr TCM. During these unprecedented times they have been seeing patients and going above and beyond to assist with emergency or urgent situations. Wish my GP was as helpful as they are instead of hiding behind all these useless video consultations (which is no different from googling your symptoms). After having so much difficulty getting treatment with my GP when I reached out to the manager of the practice they booked me for a consultation the next day. If you cannot attend your appointment they are more than happy to offer an alternative slot even with less that 24h notice. They have shown more consideration for my health than the NHS. The lady doctor here is so kind and helpful. I bought a lot of different herbal pills that have really helped the array of symptoms that I had. I feel so much healthier after going here. She even was kind enough to add a few things in free. They are so lovely here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It really works and I get no side effects which I do with western medicine.

I first had my treatment at TCM Putney 9 years ago when I was desperate to get pregnant. I tried western medicine which failed me completely, went down the nutrition path to help with my endometriosis (did help) and finally tried acupuncture. Dr Liu was gentle, knowledgeable and her quiet confidence was calming in itself. Apart from acupuncture, I had a daily drink of some Chinese herbs. At the end of a 5-month course of treatment (in the beginning twice, later once a week) I fell pregnant and had a healthy pregnancy and a straightforward delivery. I came back after my second child was born, this time without any help, to alleviate back pain and tennis elbow. Doctor Liu was there this time round as well and is equally gentle and professional. I love having my treatment there- the oil smell, quiet music and the feeling of relaxation. This time, apart from the needles I was given a massage and cupping for relaxing the muscles. I hope this time, the treatment will help too.

I have been using TCM for years and they are the best in the area. They have help no end with my Tinnitus. Very Good Value for Money!

Very bad and disappointing experience. I had a couple of accupancture sessions which didn't actually help me with my back problem but this was not the problem, because I know that accupancture needs time. The problem is that they gave me some herbal plasters which caused me a very serious burn in my whole back even though I used them for less hours than they told me. I went there with my smile, even though I was in pain, and very politely asked the lady there to advice me and help me.I never implied it was her mistake, I only asked for help and I experienced a very bad behaviour. She kept saying that I must had put something else and not their plasters implying that I was lying. finally she said that probably I am allergic. But this was clearly a burn,as the doctor also confirmed. It was obvious. Then I realized that she doesn't have basic knowledges so I left very disappointed for being treated like that. The worse part is that she didn't have the sensitivity to treat nicely a person who came in pain asking for help.

The guy fell asleep!!! I opened my eyes to see why he stopped and he was laying back on the chair with his eyes closed! He woke up startled when I moved and he realised I was not asleep myself! Instead of foot reflexology he 'rubbed' my feet with some added pressure on occasions and rubbed in between my toes about twenty times!
