We moved from another managing agent to Emma at Haart in Loughborough.
As far as Landlord experience goes, the level of service she maintains is exactly what is needed especially given that we are not based nearby. She treats the property like her own and works with us and the tenant to come to solutions which work for all.
She maintains an excellent dialogue with us on a regular basis, keeping us up to date and has even managed the works done on our property - from sourcing the builder to regularly checking on the works until completion. Emma did all this whilst taking over the property from our previous agent, marketing the property properly and finding our next tenant within a short time frame - she did an outstanding job from day one and her experience is visible in every conversation.
Any Landlord would be lucky to have Emma managing their property.

Could not recommend enough. Dealt with both Emma and Will through the Loughborough branch, getting my property rented out over the past few weeks due a quick change in circumstances and the process and communication was and has been absolutely brilliant and painless from start to finish, and property/tenancy was sorted within a matter of weeks. Communication and information was passed between both Emma and Will seamlessly at all points, being able to deal with either at any stage with any stage of the process. Haart estate agents made the whole process as simple as possible while keeping me up-to-date on the progress and my own obligations. Apparently this branch is now shut although no one told me despite being in the final stages of my property sale. It's been 5 months I have had to chase them at every stage only to be told what i wanted to hear during endless delays caused by confusion between the management company, solicitor and them, months passed with no progress at all. They were never proactive and have left me completely at my wits end. I'm confused by their reviews as Zoe and Matt were completely incompetent throughout my ongoing property sale.
