Got given the wrong parts despite the receipt saying the correct parts. Did not know they were wrong till i go home and husband saw what i brought home. Then had to make a 15 mile round trip to return them. Anyone who knows about cars should have known they were wrong when giving them out

Excellent customer service. There was intial delay from webcentre to delivery our order over 10 days, however when we went to gateshead centre great guy his name sien or tein who served me and my husban and found the order and gave us £14 refund as compensation for delay. Excellent gain our trust and more again. Happy happy
