It was a okay shop but I found there was not much clothing choice in the men’s department with very limited designs and products available. The shop was tidy and organised with a few products that didn’t have a label or price tag on. Clothing items were in the middle pricing range on today’s market. Recommend if shopping in the Uxbridge.

Staff are friendly and the shop is not bad, however, be careful when you try jeans on there as this happened to me today. Someone did not put the anti theft device on properly and as I was putting the jeans on it dug into my leg. I wish I could attach a picture, it's was bleeding at first but now it's just extremely painful so beware in order to save yourself from such an experience.

I am an usual customer in this store.
In women’s department is very hot, the air conditioner is not working and is older than 20 years. The team is not trained to give a good customer service, some of them they don’t know where are the products. Size availability is none, you can find only size 4 or 14.
Horrible management, daniel is very rude and disrespectful with the team and with the customers as well I cannot understand how he become a manager.
Area manager train your managers and after your sales advisors team, all of them are muddy and rude.

I bought a mens jumper which was advertised above the display at the black Friday price of £12.99. At the till it came up at £17.99 and I was told the offer was only valid on black Friday. Why is this store advertising goods at black Friday prices then? Other stores are continuing to sell goods at black Friday prices throughout the shopping centre. This is very bad practice and the signs around the store should be removed. I did not buy any other items because of this. Instead I have bought from topman and next. 100 percent I loveee this shop it even has a surprise waiting at the back and even has Ariana grande merch for about only £10.i really do suggest this shop and it has such beautifal materials on the clothes as well.

One of my favourite places to shop but the level of customer service is shocking. A manager called Rachel treated me very badly and was very very rude despite me standing in front of her 9 months pregnant asking for her help with a refund at the till. I am currently on maternity leave from my role as a Regional retail manager and would not have anybody like this in my team, I will not be returning to this store.

Marcus was soooo helpful and nice and went the extra mile for me when he didn’t have to! I asked a man in h and m if there was any chance someone could check there was a size small in a dress and I mentioned how I know he was busy (but I didn’t know who to go to) and I said it said they were in stock online and he was kinda rude and no help at all, it was clear he couldn’t be bothered which makes me wonder why he’s working in retail lol... anyway Marcus must of over heard this convo and asked me when do you need it and explained other ways around it, I told him I need it for tonight which was my fault, he apologised, 5 minuets later he left the size I needed out for me! I love the fact how even though I didn’t even ask him about stock he still came over to me and helped me out! Honestly 100% Recomended to any one going here to ask for Marcus with any help!!!

I was looking for a white shirt for work and I think they should stock them in this store as I was desperate for a white shirt and ended up going to primark and purchased a long sleeved white shirt for £5, so in my eyes they lost custom! However the rest of the fashion in there is fabulous but they should think about work uniforms also.
