Awful, clunky piece of software, our company recently installed it to fall in line with another company we work alongside. It is totally unreliable, we cannot always log into it and when trying to get through to the helpline it can often take 30 mins or so. The process of placing orders and generating references is too long and drawn out. When the program is open the windows are very hard to move around should you need to access other windows or if you just simply need to reposition the Eque2 window. Our older system created by our in house IT manager was far superior, if you can avoid using this system then do so!!
