After a year of seeing doctors, I ended up at Dr. Harb. Him and his staff are the friendliest bunch I've ever met! His bedside manner is beyond amazing! He took the time during my surgery to make sure I was taken care of properly. If you've come here looking for reviews, look no further. THIS is the best doctor around!

Dr. Harb did in two outpatient visits what the academic medical center could not . He cured me. It was life changing!
I am just sorry I waited so long to go see him!
While I was nervous, apprehensive and very self conscious he put me at ease and spent the time to get to know me as a person.
His staff was extremely friendly and professional.

Seeing a Proctologist can be an intimidating experience. Before an exam Dr Harb takes the time to get to know you as a person and not just a patient.
His warm, friendly manner is very relaxing and the doctor I highly recommend for any colorectal issues.

Do a favor for yourself and stop waiting to schedule a consultation. Why did I not see Dr.Harb years ago?! What I thought would be long, painful, and expensive was quick, easy, and affordable. Wish I reached out a long time ago and avoided years of unnecessary discomfort.

I have to agree with everyone. Dr Harb and his staff are wonderful! I reluctantly made an appointment and have been in the office twice. Dr Harb is easy-going, compassionate, and helpful! He got me over my fear of having a colonoscopy and he is helping me with a chronic fissure. The folks that work alongside him at St Thomas outpatient were incredibly skilled and thoughtful, too. I highly recommend Dr Harb and his staff.

My experience with Dr. Harb and his entire team (office and clinical) was outstanding. Beginning with a completely electronic registration process, consistent follow-up and communication via text messaging, the entire experience was very stress-free and incredibly simple. The evening after my surgery, Dr. Harb himself called at 8:30PM to see how I was doing. I have never had that type of service, which is definitely appreciated. I would certainly recommend him for any necessary surgery. Great Job!

Even though I was well over 40 minutes late and thought my appointment was the next day, naturally I was upset because I wanted to make sure I was clean. I was kind of weepy and he just slid over on his stool , put his arm around me and told me it was all going to be fine. And it was. I haven't met a Dr. in a very long time that had such a wonderful bedside manner and was as consoling as he was. Compassion was the key and he more than made that obvious. If you are embarrassed, go see him, If your scared, go see him. I guarentee that you will leave there knowing that you have picked the perfect Dr.

After months of having an issue I got into to see Dr. Harb. I sat in the waiting area for more than an hour past my appointment time while others who arrived after me were seen first. I had my temperature taken four times while there. None of them registered near the statement at the front desk (100.4 or higher). After waiting I was brought back into a room and I covered up with a sheet. The nurse had quite a bit of incorrect information, which I had to correct, even though I had just filled out updated information sheets an hour earlier. I explained that out of an abundance of caution I had received a Covid test to be on the safe side, the day prior. After learning this, I was asked to leave and reschedule. The office policy was that everyone wear a mask, and yet, as I was being escorted out, the guy who looked like he was collecting the laundry was not wearing a mask. I had followed all of their rules. I was told that dr Harb had refused to see me because I had covid test and he couldn’t risk contaminating the office. Let’s recap, I’d been there with no symptoms for hour, filled out paperwork, had my temperature taken four times, been in a room on the table covered in a sheet, and I was wearing a mask the entire time as instructed. I have had severe GI problems and was denied service! Doctors need to be careful and understand they are setting themselves up for liability lawsuits by denying service when I had no symptoms of covid and my temperature was not above 98. I do not recommend!

Dr. Harb has been an amazing doctor who has the absolute best bedside manner of any physician I have been to. It was well worth the drive from Athens, AL to Nashville, TN to see him. If you are considering a great colorectal doctor, I would definitely recommend him. His nurse, along with the lady at the front desk were all exceptionally nice.

Words cannot express how I appreciative I am for Dr. Harb and his team. Everyone in the office is so kind and understanding and will do anything to help you feel better. Dr. Harb makes sure you are relaxed and comfortable and never leaves a question unanswered. The team is very considerate and listens to everything you have to say. If you need specialized colorectal surgery Dr. William Harb is the surgeon you need. He takes a delicate subject of your need and makes you feel comfortable and confident. His bedside manner is wonderful while maintaining a professional atmosphere. His office, staff and procedure facility were also top notch. I felt informed and supported and while it was a difficult time, my procedure and aftercare has helped to greatly improve my quality of life. We were informed of an option about surgery, so one decision you might need to make is a certain shot during surgery. While not covered by insurance, the shot made recovery much easier and helped shorten the time needed on pain meds. Thank you Dr. Harb and to Dr. Neil Price for your referral for my surgery.

I am so very grateful and THANKFUL to Dr. Harb. I have been putting off seeing a specialist for a very long time. This was a huge fear for me, and was also embarrassing. I have white coat syndrome in general, so times that by 10. Dr. Harb's bed side manner is off the charts - seriously. He made me feel so at ease and he’s extremely down to earth and compassionate. His office runs like a well-oiled machine and his entire staff was knowledgeable and kind. It literally took me weeks to decide on which doctor I was going to select, and thankfully I chose Dr. Harb. His 5 star rating is on point! I wish I could find a general practitioner on the same level as him. Thank you Dr. Harb - you’re a true angle in a white coat. You definitely found your niche.
