Quite disappointed with customer service. No call back after a complaint was made for wrong size order delivery. As it was customised I can understand return issues so wanted to get a paid replacement but staff not bothered to help out. Shame as other reviews highlight their good customer service!

100% recommended. I bought my son a cricket bat there last year which unfortunately broke (handle snapped). There was no quibble with an exchange and again they provided a try out of bats and help and guidance which was socially distanced and safe. I cannot recommend this store highly enough, its the only sport shop I will use as it is head and shoulders above all others.

Disappointed to have to explain to my kids why Hawkinsport staff don't have to wear masks or maintain correct social distance? Even when asked to maintain distance a young male assistant was openly huffy. Not great role models for the children attending your store.
We were inside and we have no choice of supplier.
Early August (8th) and already out of school skirts in my daughter's size.

Received really good customer service recently from the sales team. They went the extra mile by ring8ng to check a discrepancy on my order form, and refunding me delivery for one order, as i had made two orders. Kit arrived speedily and the team kept me regularly updated.

What a fantastic shop. Staff are very knowledgeable and more than helpful and sold me exactly what I was after. They also fixed my tennis racket that I thought was done instead of just selling me a new one. He took the racket handle apart and found the broken bit knowing exactly what he was looking for then tested it after! What service, definitely worth a visit.

Couldn't see any of the P.E kit for my child's school so tried to grab the attention of a few of the members attention. Whilst the majority were busy there were some just wandering around seemingly doing very little and I felt like I was ignored. When I finally managed to get the attention of one member of staff she seemed totally disinterested in serving me. Daughter tried on items needed and when I asked for a bigger size in one of them the young lady serving me rolled her eyes. If this wasn't the only supplier of the items I required I would have walked out and taken my custom elsewhere. Simple customer service skills make such a difference and a few of the staff lack these. Payment was nice and swift but again no smile from the member of staff and definitely no thank you at the end of the transaction. Such a shame as the old shop in the town centre was a pleasure to visit.

Like many just bought our first lot of secondary kit which is always daunting. We had a really attentive guy serve us who had to keep returning to the back of the store to get more sizes. At the till 2 more were really helpful and friendly one even making suggestions to a customer about what wasn't essential. Thank you Hawkinsport :)

I telephoned to make an order (I am on their system as I often order from them) and was told this was not possible as I was talking to a Saturday worker. I was then told that the manager would call me so i waited in for the call but they did not bother to ring me. Telephone customers are still customers and should not be ignored.
