Ended up more pleasant and cosy than I expected, the pub has much more comfortably than I expected from a Wetherspoons, although I have been here several times since it opened as a Spoons. It's good value and not a bad place to be if you want a reasonable good night out without breaking the bank!

Oh dear. I thought I could never beat my local wetherspoons for a cold breakfast but this trumps the lot. Only got a star because it wont let me rate 0 stars . The toilet seat was hanging off and the upstairs gents were blocked.

Cheap food nice drinks can get very busy. Have had to downgrade review as when I went to order on 30/9/19 I was told they wouldn't accept a £50 note as it was company policy. They would however accept euros so perhaps they should take their pubs to Europe if they won't accept UK legal tender.
