I found DSL as I needed an airbag fault diagnosed / repaired for the MOT.
Initial conversation with Rob on the phone was very informative about possible root cause and cost and he happily arranged and then rearranged an appointment.
Mark inspected the fault and explained in detail about the repair, timing, parts price and delivery times. Mark prioritised my follow up appointment (a day later) as the MOT had expired. On the day no hassles, dropped car off before work, 5 mins out of town so tonnes of parking.
Rob called as promised with an update, emailed me a quote within minutes for the fix and follow up MOT (original fail was from another garage). Rob called back with an estimated collection time and again when complete.
After feeling constantly patronised, put over a barrel and ripped off by every garage I've ever been to, DSL is a breath of fresh air to work with. I was treated like a 5 star customer and I feel the work they did was good value.
I will certainly be back!
